Is there good case without the corner cut out? - T-Mobile LG G2x

I really want a Ringke case but that cut out really urks me. I know why they have it and I know most of them have it. Any good cases without it that are like ringke or at least in the same price range?

The G2x Bodyglove Grasp case is really really nice. They used to have em at walmart (mentioning that makes it seem like a cheap case, but ignore that because it isnt), but they seem to have stopped carrying recently.

Found it on ebay, this is not my listing so yeah: http://www.ebay.com/itm/BODY-GLOVE-..._Accessories&hash=item3cbd888610#ht_500wt_717
You'll love it dude

Is it snap on or one piece case?

One piece tpu case with textured backing for grip

Ehh.. I had bad experiences with tpu, I ordered the ringke

Bad move in my opinion, this case is very very good.
Good luck with yours, hope you dont drop your phone on it's corner.

I can always return it, its not a big deal. I couldn't find much on the case on the web and YouTube. What material is it and does it collect dust and are the power and volume buttons still responsive with it on? All the TPU cases I tried they were hard for me to use the buttons.

It's hard to explain, but the buttons are made with another material so it's very comfortable to push the buttons. It feels better than without a case actually. Ill see if i can take a picture for you

I bought this case the day I bought my phone, about two months ago. It's literally the best case I've had for any device. It isn't a hard case so it feels flexible in the hand. But it isn't a gel case, either, and feels sturdy enough to withstand. I recommend this case for sure. 9/10.

It's a weird polymer material. I've never felt another case like this one. The buttons are as easy to press as the phone naked. If its like $7 as the link said, I'd pick it up. I spent $14 on mine at WalMart and would gladly do it again.

hmm...I just ordered like 2 other $2-3 ones from ebay to test them out (literally yesterday or the day before - haven't even gotten them yet), but as soon as I saw this thread and the pictures, I bought it. lol

Cool :] Hopefully you like it as much as I do

I just got a Seidio Surface case from Amazon and it's by far the best case I have had for the G2x so far. I have a Trident Aegis case, which to me adds way too much bulk, but this one actually makes it nice to hold.

That is a nice looking case, is it soft plastic?

Yeah that case looks nice. I like the ringke case, I have come to just accept the corner cut out, still urks me but I'm over it. Its probably the best case I have owned, but with that said, it still has flaws. The sides are loose, and I'm really glad the case doesn't collect dust and lint but the camera lens which is exposed collects A LOT. as well as the corners of the screen

It is the same "soft touch" as the battery door, but over the entire case, and is lined with felt.

Ignore my ignorance but, why are the corners cut out on all the cases?

because theyre made for the O2X and the antenna for that phone is where the cutout is

Here are a few pics of the case I just got (At the mall) I'm not sure what brand but it fits nice and makes my phone feel better, at least to me. This was an O2x case (Corner cut out) but I don't think it looks bad.

From what I've read its one of the best cases you can buy, I don't use it because it makes your phone as big as a HTC G1/Dream. I do use the Case-mate Barely There chrome snap-on case and from what I have personally found out is that they make the highest quality cases that I have bought for my Nexus One.

Sent from my Nexus One
I have it, I'm using it. I love it It's absolutely the best you can buy with the price, free shipping, good customer service. IMO, It doesn't significantly make your phone bigger or bulkier. It feels like a solid rock
I use this case as well as the new Otterbox Commuter case and they are both very good quality cases. I believe that the Otterbox offers a little more protection and feels better and is easier to pull out of your pocket but all in all, this is a good sturdy case! I do like the fact that you have different color options whereas the Otterbox does not yet...
Thanks for the reply guys!
I also like the chrome one here: http://www.case-mate.com/Google-Cases/Case-Mate-Google-Nexus-One-Barely-There-Cases.asp
It looks nice and less expensive, might get that instead.
I just got the Tough Case like 3 days ago. It is amazing! I don't think it makes the the phone that much larger, I actually like the texture and sturdiness of the case, its pretty smooth.
Had mine just over a week, love it. Good fit, good feel, free decent screen protector.

Tough Case, if you do a quick search I've put up a picture of my pink/black one.
case mate Tough Case is the best so far. i have two buddy's at work and they have different ones that cost them about 8 bucks ,and they ask me were to get it and i told them . ever since i had it i don't have any problem and trust me i recommended to every one...
I was in the market for some cases too for my wife who tends to just sort of abuse her phone (just throws the phone in her purse and cup holders) so I decided to get the tough case for both our phones and glad I did...its solid and well made. The holes match up perfectly and the silicone and abs are snug to each other.

I have a casemate gelli, it's pretty awesome. Very snug, minimal bulk, and looks great. Sure not as much protection as some other cases, but certainly increases the drop protection.

I've had this case since it was released for the N1 and love it....never have to carry my wallet around with me anymore
Well it should be here in a couple of days. I really need to get a case on my N1! And I like the added feature of the card holder, in this day and age all you need is a 20. Dollar bill I'd and debit/ credit card

Looks good. I prefer innocase 2 by seidio. Very happy with mine and well worth the money IMHO. it looks more streamline than the pics ive seen on this thread.
The problem with the barely there case is the lack of protection on the bottom and top of the phone. That is where I got 90% of the scratches on my g1.
(see below)
i have the Barely There Case
for my N1
and i love it
especially because i wear skinny jeans and it fits on my front pocket perfectly
lol
all other cases made the N1 feel like i was still trying to rape my pocket with my old myTouch lol

MOFI Kangaroo Pouch for G2x, Multi-colors!

Hey guys,
I found some nice looking sleeve's from Amazon from a company in the UK, NGWorld. They are available in Black, Orange, Coffee, Grey, Red and Green. They also have some leather sleeves if your into that sort of thing. I think they look a bit too flashy. Anyway I ordered the Black Kangaroo Pouch and hope it's a winner for my G2x (took me a while, was trying to decide between black, orange and green). I like the look and feel of the device so I thought this option would be better to keep the phone protected while in my pocked from dust/lint. I'm so careful with my phone I'm not too worried about drop protection or scratches while in use. Thought this may be useful for anyone looking for a case/sleeve/pouch for their shiny new toy.
I can't post a link yet so Google: Amazon NGworld LG
It should be your first result then just click the LG link for the Brand.
The Kangaroo pouch's are $10.99 including shipping and hopefully they'll arrive within a week or so.
The Leather pouch is $18.99 including shipping.
I was looking at those sleeves too . Share your thoughts when you get it
That looks pretty nice. Thanks. Might get this as a back up case. Im not sure about taking the phone out and putting it back in considering i use it a LOT. Might become a hassle

I plan on using both the speck hard case and this pouch when It comes in. Right now I'm using a soft microfiber like bag that I had for some sunglasses to keep the phone lint free and shiny while in my pocket. I hope the phone + hardcase will fit inside the pouch otherwise I'll have to make a choice. They sure look pretty nice though!
The pouch came in today. That thing came fast. I ordered it on the 20th and it came today. Overall this is a nice little pouch. Fits the phone perfectly, and I love how they give you enough room in front to store things. I just put my drivers license in there when I get lazy and not carry my wallet around.

The case is soft, so I guess it only protects a minimum with little padding. Not sure if it would survive a fall of some sort.

Can you update when you receive the pouch if the phone with the candyshell fits alright? I'm considering going the same route.

The Mofi case will most likely collect some pocket lint and dust but seems easy enough to clean off and doesn't specifically attract anything in my short experience. That's the point of the pouch though right? It has a very nice soft feel to the outside and especially the inner liner portion. I am very satisfied with the quality and construction.

Unfortunately the phone does not fit with the candyshell hard case. It can be forced 75% or maybe all the way but I didn't want to push my luck! It's too tight of a fit to be a every day protection option. I'll probably end up returning or selling the Speck candyshell hardcase and just stick with the mofi pouch as I like the look and type of protection it provides better. Also the Speck case is much to hard to take the device out of. I don't enjoy pushing hard on the camera module every time I have to take the phone out of the case! (Which seems to be the only way to take out the phone from the Speck case as per the instructions that came with the case!)

I would generally agree with this statement, While it would certainly protect from small falls on softer surfaces I wouldn't trust it beyond 6 inches or so. The case does feel great in the hand though and I really like the extra pocket in the front and the closing ball and string latch on the top. The case feels very well constructed and like it will last a good while. Great deal for $10.99 with shipping from the UK and about a 5-7 day shipping time!
Thanks for the pics kflanegan looks like I might be ordering this sleeve now... the only question is what color should I get... I don't like to blend in with norm but I don't want to go over the top either... Anyone want to suggest a color?

If I hadn't gotten black it would have been either orange or green. Either way I think you would stand out! I think those colors would not show dust or lint near as much as the black. I'm always a sucker for black though and am very happy with the purchase. I was real surprised at the quality of the pouch for the price, I don't think you can go wrong no matter which color you decide on!
thanks for the pics and update kflanegan. I might actually pick this one up just because of the price. Still looking for a belt holster similar to that of the Droid X where it simply clicks into the holster. Hopefully one will come out soon..

Awww that's too bad to hear. Thanks for the update though. I'm still at an impasse because the pouch seems great for in pocket protection and keeping things clean but the speck would offer much more protection from drops, etc.

Otterbox Commuter v. Incipio DualPro v. Seidio Active

Hello all,
I've always only had the Otterbox Commuter as my one and only case for phones, and with them being so slow to get out the color I want for the S4, I was wondering if I should keep waiting for a bit longer or go with another choice like the Incipio DualPro or Seidio Active. I don't have any experience with either of them, so I'm wondering if anyone who has used them can shed some light (both good and bad) on them.
Thanks.

Incipio Dual Pro is horrible. Fitment is off and constantly slips on an end, exposing the screen with no lip coverage. Luckily it was free from the ATT store for me, but i wish i chose a different case from them. I ended up ordering a minimalist JL case from amazon anyway.

Consider having a look see at the Casemate Toughcase if you like the otterbox, its actually less bulky while providing better protection for the phone. I'm very surprised this case doesn't see more play here becuase its a truly good case and I get people asking my out of the blue what it is and where I purchased it. I've got probably a dozen friends on it now and I did nothing to convince them, they mauled and pawed at the case for a few and were sold. If you are of a mind you can quickly pull up a few reviews on youtube of the case.
I've been using the Seidio Active case for a few days now. I used a 10% off coupon I found searching Google and it came out to $31 shipped. I bought the one with the grooves for your fingers. Also has a kickstand. I pull out the kickstand when holding the phone and put my ring finger under the kickstand so I have a good hold of the phone and my thumb can reach more of the screen. Kickstand also comes in handy with the smart stay option so the screen won't turn off when I'm reading. It is easy to take on and off so I can get to the battery easily. All the proper cut outs are there and are lined up perfectly. Complaints - When typing or pushing the menu / back key my fat fingers will hit the edge of the case. I just have to work on using the tip of my thumb. Depending on the angle of the phone you may not be able to see the notification light. There are covers for the volume and power button which took some getting used to but I can now hit them without looking.

How well does that case work with a glass screen protector?
Sent from my SPH-D710 using xda app-developers app
I have the Incipio Dual Pro Carbon now as my temporary case. The rubber is constantly coming off from around the lip. You see the silver when this happens. Not a huge deal but in a drop it won't be that good. Also the silicone grabs a little bit of lint.
Seidio active... I have it on my Nexus 7 and had it on my Note 1.... Huge lint magnet, OLD OLD design, silicone can be warped and won't lay flat in some areas.
Otterbox Commuter.... I will order one of the colored models when available. Buttons were terrible on the S3 but it seems to have an improved design....Putting the case on seems to be better than the S3... Overalll good design.
I also ordered the Cygnett Workmate... It seems to cover the issues from the other case and offers better grip... I will know in a couple of weeks.

The edges of the case do come over the top of the device to the screen side but this is only the softer inner portion of the case and I'm thinking it would work fine but I do not use screen protectors so I'm not certain. You can see it pretty clearly in some of the youtube videos of the case so you should be able to make a call from that. A link is here ---> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7l3X7Oxgx5I and the same fellow reviews several others which might catch your interest as well.
I've included a couple pictures that show something you cant see there. The one is of my year old S3 case next to my brand new S4 case. Notice how the thing still looks new? The other seems like kind of an oddball picture but what you are looking at is the largest portion of the soft inner case and the thing to notice there is the lack of lint. While these do catch a tiny bit of lint it is very little as you can see there. I did not clean the case up, it went from my pocket to the drawer after my S4 got here.
On my S3 I have had my phone in that case directly alongside a friend who had his in a commuter case and we both agreed that this case felt better in the hand and it had a more premium feel. It also has better grip but does not hang in the pocket. He in fact is one of the people I know who ditched his case and got the Casemate instead. Now I've obviously not seen the Otterbox for the S4 yet but it appears much like the Casemate counterpart to be pretty much a rehash and I would expect that they will compare similarly again.

I bought mine (Dual Pro) at a TMob store. I totally disgaree regarding overlapping screen. It TOTALLY protects the screen via it's superb fit overlapping. Plus it has a nice "feel just holding it'. Used to have a Body Glovefor my S3. The bodyglove was on the thick side and it just didn't have the same tactile feeling when holding the phone. Mine is black with Grey...IOW two tone. Only saw it in a TMob store. Solid colors online from this link.

Man, that is some kind of funky back they have there. How does it feel? What is it?
And you said that Casemate offers better protection than the Commuter, any links to vids/proof to this? Cause if that's true, then that's a great deal. It looks like it is as bulky as the DualPro. Lastly, how are the colors with the Casemate? Got sick of all black, and that's why I've been looking elsewhere while waiting for the Commuter colors. Thanks.
Incipio DualPro
I purchased my Incipio DualPro from an AT&T store ($35 + tax) just to have something to protect the phone while I figure out what I really want as far as a case. I went in to get the cheapest thing they had but really liked the look of the fake carbon fiber which looks even better in person. But, the silicone layer is so loose and floppy that even with the stiff Plextonium frame:laugh:, it won't hold its shape leaving the bezel exposed where the fancy named frame isn't. This case had the makings of a winner.
Love this look:
Hate this:
Returned to AT&T store today!
The outer shell is plastic. It has the appearence of the knurling you see on a ratchet handle for example. In person it looks good and has a better feel than that of the Otterbox counterpart. The bulk of the case is about the same as the commuter, it is designed for protection and those who would avoid the Otterbox commuter for that reason would want to avoid it as well. That said it is slighly less bulky than its commuter counterpart because it is thinner.
As to protection there are no sure proofs, no 1000 phones dropped and here is the absolute numbers, test. You have to look at the case and make a judgement. The casemate clearly covers the corners better and has a better fit which combined with what are visibly better materials means you can pretty much figure your phone has a better chance than it does in the commuter. There is no sure thing. I had my S2 and then S3 both in the same case for those phones and while I haven't dropped the S4 yet I did have occasion to drop both of those several times and neither suffered a scratch although again no case will protect against bad luck.
In regards to the colors, I've no idea. I always go black so have never looked. Best bet might be to check the case out in a store. Its popular enough that I noticed our AT&T shop here had some on the shelf for S3s. Or if you have a case kiosk at the mall they will likely have one and you can check out the material yourself. Casemate has many other cases but I have no experience with them. I was Otterbox all the way till I ran into the toughcase which just plain out commuters the commuter at its own game. IMO
Looking at the dimensions of all the products, it looks like Casemate is the bulkiest, with Otterbox second, and Incipio DualPro the least bulkiest.
The one thing I'm not a fan of the Casemate from the pictures is that there seems to be more open exposed areas, especially at the top.
I ordered the Dual Pro case and have been waiting for it to come in.... I bought the Body Glove Dimensions case from the T-Mobile store just to have something on it until the Dual Pro case came in...The Dual Pro case looked really nice in the store but I want the white and gray one that they didn't have.. Now I'm hearing all the crappy reviews about the Dual Pro case and I'm having buyers remorse...Maybe I will get one from a good batch that will fit like a glove...UNLIKELY!!!! Anyway the Body Glove Dimensions case feels really good in my hand and looks nice however it doesn't protect anything just nice and slim.

Im not sure where you are getting your dimensions from but I can tell you from actually having both in my hand with the S3 the toughcase is slimmer. Since it appears that the Commuter is a reboot with a few minor changes just as the toughcase is for S4 I'm pretty sure you are going to see the same thing again. Also the only openings on the tough case are where the IR and headphone jacks are and the same applies on the bottom where there is no opening other than the two ports there. The Otterbox possesses exactly the same openings in their case and then unlike the otterbox the casemate piece does not have the wide open corners which are the single most likely spot for the phone to hit in a drop.
lol Sometimes you just cant let a favorite go, I do it myself. Either way you're getting a good case that stands a real chance of saving your overpriced ludicrously profitable for Samsung device so its all good. :good:

You do have to remember that those that have problems are usually the ones that take to online to complain, so just take all the amount of bad stuff with a grain of salt.

:silly: I think on the corners, they both go about it differently, Otterbox has the silicone there, and casemate has both, with the plastic outside. Bet they both have their own science reasons for doing it that way lol.
I'll wait it out a little while longer before deciding. I think my biggest concern about the casemate is that I won't like how the textured back feels.

Hate this:

Mine does exactly this.
I just saw that UAG (urban armor gear) is going to start shipping their cases soon.... might have to look into them now :/
Never had a one piece polycarbonate silicone case before.

Rubber bumper?

I’ve been looking around for a simple rubber bumper to go around the phone (not a case, just a bumper).
Has anyone seen anything like this?

I could only find a hard plastic bumper (without back plain or clear back protection) on taobao.
Seems like no big brand make this kind nor eBay sellers have it.
Will post a picture eventually once I receive it.

Just found this:

They are for sale on eBay for $54 shipped, which is ridiculous, but I bought one anyway because I am desperate for this type of case and the devilcase bumper pretty much wiped out my reception. Will post pictures when it arrives, est. 1-2 weeks for delivery
Thanks... keep us posted ?

Definitely would love to see those photos and hear how the case is! I saw it on eBay the other day for $45, saw that two of them had been sold already, and wondered who would have paid that much, lol! But if the case is really good and attractive and holds up, then it's probably worth it. I really really like the look of them.
I don't want to make you worry in advance, but I did do some research on it when I saw it, and the reviews on Amazon Japan were less than stellar. But a flag for me was what I read from the machine translation in one review: "Because it is soft in the hybrid material, the gap will get tired and pulled to the left and right up and down." Hard to be completely certain, but it sounds an awful lot like it's an issue that I had with a very similar bumper case for my Z2 (actually have several of them), where it will pop off of the left side of the phone because the rubber part is soft or whatever, so the thing juts off the phone and you have to push it back, but eventually it loosens up more and just won't hold at all anymore. But those cases cost about $3 on Aliexpress or DX.com, so it's sort of acceptable. For $54, I'd expect an absolutely flawless case.
Other than that problem, though, those are my favorite or second-favorite cases for my Z2, hands down, so I really hope the ones for the Z5 do not all suffer that issue.

I've had a lot of these bumper type cases, and they pretty much all suffer that issue to some extent. I've never had one start falling off the device, but they all stretch out over time. PayPal will let me dispute the transaction for an extremely long time after purchase, so if it indeed does start falling off shortly after purchase then I will take it up with them. Hopefully they have fixed any flaws like that by this point, because they certainly are charging me as such.
The materials are obviously not worth anywhere near $45, but this is the ONLY decent looming bumper I have seen so far and tbh it does look really nice. Here's to hoping I won't be thinking about the cost too much when it comes in!
Case should arrive this week, will post pictures.
Ok so the case arrived recently, I've had it for a few days now. The summary: not worth $50 (obviously) but it looks good and the fingerprint reader is extremely easy to access. I will be keeping it so long as it doesn't start to fall off my phone or anything.
I can see where the case might pull away from the phone a little by the headset jack, so I am trying to be careful not to put much pressure on that area of the case when I take it off/put it on. Otherwise I don't think the case will "stretch" out any, as it is fairly firm and doesn't have much give. Construction quality is mostly good, although you can feel a few rough plastic edges in a few places. Not enough to bother me, but enough to notice.
Overall it's a good case, worth $20-25. My green z5 looks absolutely beautiful with the class back protector and this case, this is pretty much exactly the type of case I've been looking for.

The Spigen case is nice, as well as the very similar Ringke Fusion, but neither of these are what OP was asking for. He's specifically looking for a bumper that isn't a full case (i.e.: no plastic or anything on the back).
As for bumpers, I think there may be potential in modifying the Orzly Fusion case. It's similar to the Spigen and Ringke, but a little different—specifically for this purpose, the bumper and the back panel are more distinctly separate from each other than on the other cases. I bought one last week and I think the plastic back could be removed to leave only the bumper as a usable case. I'm just uncertain whether or not the bumper alone will hold the phone in place. The case is a tiny bit loose as it is (doesn't look loose, but you can feel the phone move a tiny bit when you move it around quickly). The plastic back supposedly scratches up easily, according to reviews, and I had the Orzly Fusion for my OPO, which did get scratched up extremely easily, but I have not experienced the same with their Z5 case, surprisingly. I had originally planned on modding the case myself once the back was ugly, but since it hasn't gotten scratched up as easily as I was expecting it to, I haven't decided to defile the case yet. I will report back on it if I do, but I figured I'd mention it as a possibility for a less expensive bumper case (it costs $11.99 on Amazon US) if anyone else wants to try it first. The Elecom bumper that redandblack posted definitely looks much nicer than this case, but it may be worth a shot for someone who can't or doesn't want to spend that much or someone who wants a thinner bumper (the Orzly case is quite minimal as far as bulk).
Not rubber, but there are lots of aluminium bumpers for the Z5 on Amazon now. Most of them are pretty cheap too. I had one before (can't remember which phone though) and it felt pretty nice, and was lined with foam for protection. Definitely a good option if you want something stylish, minimal, and reasonably protective.

I have the Orzly case and the back definitely does scratch but a simple mod with contact paper lets the case resist scratches and still look good. It's funny because the case is hard to put on but I definitely feel a little wiggle when you move the phone just right. I'm also interested in a simple rubber bumper since I thought the aluminum ones would scratch up the phone.

Add the clear contact paper as I mentioned and it should look like new with a frost effect.
Is there really no aluminum case which doesn't worsen the reception? I don't need aluminum, but there seems to be only one plastic bumper posted here, from elecom, which price is ridiculous.

I would also love a rubber bumper. I just got my aluminum bumper and I'll keep an eye out for that drop in reception you mentioned. I like the minimalism of the aluminum case but I'm curious if anyone has encountered issues with the case damaging the phone with scratches or anything.

What are the best cases for the red OP6?

Hi all, I bought the red OP6 a couple of weeks ago and have been using the clear case that was included. I have some mixed feelings about it, the positives for me are the raised corners to protect the screen (I just wish they would have done something similar for the camera), all buttons work perfectly and is clear to show off the amazing red color. I just have one negative issue which for me is very annoying, just at the middle in the back it sticks to the phone like if it is wet, which looks very bad, and creates the rainbow effect to the sides. So with this in mind, I am looking for a new case which hopefully doesn't have this issue.
Which would be the most recommended? And if any of you are using them please post some pics, I can´t seem to find any of the red OP6 in a case.
Thanks guys!

I've been using this with my OP6 with carbon fiber back skin. The sides are black and have grips and the back is totally clear and the fit is perfect.

Pretty unclear and confusing as their images show the volume switch on the wrong side Also don't think it would do much in the way of protection.

It's not bad at all. There are cases with higher raised edges but the case is pretty nice and does offer decent protection. The Ringke fusion is also a great option.

There are little nubs on each corner of the Ringke to prevent it from hitting the desk or table when you put it down which eliminates a lot of the scratching. I used mine for a week and don't see any scratches in it. In the second to last photo the Orzly is on the left and Ringke is on the right. The last photos is the Ringke on the phone.
I have the Ringke clear also *I'm kind of a horder with cases lol* and because of the back being such a hard plastic it has grazes all over it. Dunno if its from being in the pocket with something else or whatever really. Also the cut out for the volume notch is totally off placement. I just can't find one that I'm like wow awesome atm. Although the Spigen case is pretty dam good but I have a dbrand skin on and it isn't a clear case unfortunately as you also would like. Would you consider a bumper case like Rhinoshields? I am awaiting mine to try out.

The Rhinoshield looks similar to the Orzly. I'm also a case hoarder and have 7 cases for the OP6. Every time a new one comes out that looks good I buy it. So far the Orzly is my favorite.
i dont think you should use a case on a red oneplus but no doubt the official red case is nice but my most used case if the nylon case which is so damn perfect... looks nice but also adds lots of grip and protection

Would not recommend it. I bought it, and the back doesn't sit close enough to the phone. At the camera cut-out there is about 1-2mm of space between the back of the case and the phone. If u don't have any skin on it you will scratch the back of your phone from all the dust and partials that can get through it.
Recommend these for the RED OP6. I own the first one.
# Good Quality. Fits well.
# Rubberised in and out.
# No room on the inside to cause scratches.
# Transparent Back.
# Decent lip on the front. Not the best raise, but certainly helps when flipping the phone over without having the screen touch the surface. Might be a problem for phone with a tempered glass. Check comments on Amazon for more info.

Thanks for the feedback, I too heard that the scratches in the Ringke came from evryday use and just having it in your pocket, whic is what worries me.
I do want to try the Rhinoshields bumper, I had one in my iPhone and an S7 and really liked them, but I am not sure how it would look since there is only black or white, and I think it takes away from the red phone aesthetics.
The Supcase might be the one, it looks pretty cool, except maybe for the black bumper. If ti were red or clear it would be a total winner.

But since it has a nylon back, i cant do that, i hope its really protective since i drop my phone alot
i might be getting a clear case in a few weeks, i feel it is cruel to hide this beautiful Red beast.
