Hello. I can't seem to get any of the custom keyboard .apk files to work with rubix 1.9.5 . Im trying to get the old droid x mulititouch keyboard on it instead of the new gingerbread keyboard that came with that rom.

Make sure if your using a flashable one that the lib file is included if not theyre floating around the site.

Just installed cm7 on my wifeys X. I tried to install a couple Metamorph add ons to match a theme but it doesn't take. Any ideas why?

Couldn't say why but I was able to successfully change my lockscreen a couple times. I used the monster cm4dx not the sbf method, I'm currently on nightly 25

Yeah, when I do the Metamorph to finish a theme they have all worked except for the one for Linear. That one made me bootloop and had to sbf and start from scratch.
That is odd. I guess I would try and run them again as long as metamorph is not giving you Amy errors. I have read that other people are adjusting settings in metamorph to make it work but I have not bought it.

Do not use the app metamorp use zipthemer. If using a CM7 rom you must use the update edify. If anyone is interested I can help or just search zipthemer here or in Droid X Forums or in Droid Forums.

UOT kitchen is very basic. Only mods framework.apk, tw-framework.apk and systemui.apk. All other apps you need to mod yourself. Look into apkmanager.

Agreed, for simple icon changes (appearance) you can extract the apk, edit the icons to your desire, then push them back into the apk and push or flash it. There isn't much to it.

I have tried. The apk file will not show up on any of the launchers or theme choosers. I have also tried rebooting.
Is there any way to put ICS font on the xoom without any custom roms? Font installer doesn't work.
