SOURCE CODE - IMPORTANT (DEVS) - Folio 100 Android Development

Dear Respected Developers,
While going thru the forum alongwith my senior moderators, we found that many of you have not mentioned the source of the codes for your ROM/Kernels.
This is a violation of the GPL and could get XDA in trouble.
In our continuous effort to make this community the best when it comes to development, I will request all those who have not yet included the source code to please do so.
To have uniformity and to avoid any conufsion, I will request you to please put the Sounce Code link in Bold (maybe a a font higher) in the first post (OP).
E.g.
SOURCE CODE: <LINK>
To evaluate, each dev who posts a new ROM/Kernel must prrovide the source code within 5 days of the first post. For all the Roms present, I will allow until midnight 28th October (GMT) for you to add in the source codes.
I thank you in advance - if ou already have the source code in the first post, and also for understanding the delecate nature of GPL.
Thanks a lot. This thread is closed. If you have any questions, please send me a PM.
Cheers and many thanks for your continuous support.
Prateek

[MANDATORY] RULES FOR DEVELOPMENT

THIS FORUM IS ONLY FOR RELEASING AND DEVELOPING ROMS AND KERNELS.
SOME GUIDES REGARDING S-OFF AND FLASHING WILL BE ALLOWED BUT MOST WILL BE LINKED IN A REFERENCE THREAD. "COLLECTIONS", "REFERENCES" AND "LIBRARIES" BELONG IN GENERAL SECTION.
Try to keep the development forum CLEAN! No offtopic posting and no questions.
Use the report button in an offending post to let us mods know we need to take action. Dont take matters into your own hands!!!
Sources need to be posted for all kernels!!!
You need to use TAGS like [ROM] or [KERNEL] and so on as used in all dev forums throughout XDA
Any disputes between developers should be handled by pm. No public posting in a dev thread regarding these matters
Rom issues should be discussed within their respective threads
Thread titles should ALWAYS coincide with ROMS ALREADY AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD!!! No advance notification of incoming ROM through thread title. A changelog for the yet unreleased Rom can be included in the OP or in another post CLEARLY MARKED as EXPECTED CHANGELOG
Posting in the development section means automatic ACCEPTANCE of the above Rules
All posts that are NOT about ROM development, or development in general will be closed or deleted and posters that will choose to disregard the previous guidelines will be infracted.

[Completed] [Help] Posting custom ROM

Hello,
I've developed a custom ROM for the HP Slate 21 (phobos). It is quite stable and I feel that it is time for it's public release. Since I am still quite new to XDA, could someone point me to where and how I should create my post? I'd be happy for any assistance! Sorry if I sound like a newbie!
Peace,
Quaesar
Hi,
This would be a good place for a new member to post a rom, http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/general
But, please read these first,
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2645321
That thread is about posting a link to your kernel source, which is mandatory on XDA. Per GPL.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2731538
This one is general rom posting guidelines.
If you are in doubt check out some rom threads in any devices development sections for examples.
Good luck!
Thanks,
Do you also know when I'll be promoted to a normal "member" instead of a junior member so I can participate and create DevDB threads?
I'm not exactly sure on devdb privileges, you could look through here or ask...

(the first post says senior member. But perhaps that's changed)
But here's the post count to each level...

Alright thanks!

Stormbreaker kernel info

So, I was finally able to locate a trustworthy source for the surya build of this kernel.
MOD EDIT: Link Removed has 'Surya-Stormbreaker-v3-fixed.zip' dated 2020-12-08, which appears to be the most recent build.
I was directed there from the official Telegram channel (MOD EDIT: Link Removed), since the official Github (https://github.com/stormbreaker-project) offers no downloads.
What I want to know now is if anyone flashed this on top of Xiaomi.eu ROM?
Thanks in advance.
@pnin I've removed the download link as it redirected to pling.com, which is a pay-per-download website, and hence in violation of Forum Rule 13. Additionally, Telegram/WhatsApp links are only permitted for development threads, and since this isn't one, the Telegram link was also removed, as per the Telegram/WhatsApp Guidelines mentioned here.

OK. I was just trying to provide the community with a trustworthy pointer, as well as scratch my own itch.
I think the Telegram rule, at least, is highly due for revision, considering how many projects are making it their main venue.
BTW, I was able to download the required file for V4 freely from Pling.
