I have RUU_Saga_HTC_Europe_1.47.401.4_Radio_20.28I.30.085AU_38...
I mistakenly deleted one com.name.name file , and after that i have
no more option for audio file ``assign as ringtone for contacts``.
Does anybody knows the name of that file.
Ringdorid and other applications does not work because that deleted file is
core for that function.
Please help.

Maybe logcat help? I mean there must be error with file name...

Easiest way to solve your problem? Reflash with RUU. or an unmodified ROM.

Hi folks,
I have recently gotten the system files for the Acer Liquid E1. I have read into ways of decompiling/compiling those files and came across yaffs. That didn't work. So the question is, is there someone with experience in all this willing to decompile the system img for me? It's a huge file (600+ mb and then there is boot.img of 5mb) so I'll upload it when someone wants is and is able to help me

Thx for the info!! Although I have no experience with linux whatsoever but i think there is no way to compile ext4 img from windows? maybe cygwin but that seems to be hard to do too...

i downloaded the file but its just folders and files and no exe file to execute.! i know its something how but i dont know how to do it . any one can please explain for me.
my mobile is rooted perfect and have android 4,0,4 with this bad korean version , wish i didnt upgrade to this version.

I'm also in need of the original firmware. I've tried a number of Allwinner A31 available ROM's but I haven't found any that are compatible with the Taipad 9X.
If you have a backup IMG file I would grateful for a link.

Yesterday my One Mini became a OTA by HTC. It was a little bit surpresing because I thought that it was dead by HTC. I am not sure how I can upload the file. The file Name is:
OTA_M4_UL_K44_SENSE60_MR_HTC_Europe_4.14.401.2-4.09.401.3_release_448002.zip
If anyone need it, can tell me how I can upload it.

Yes please but I need firmware only.
You have to unzip TA_M4_UL_K44_SENSE60_MR_HTC_Europe_4.14.401.2-4.09.401.3_release_448002.zip and upload firmware.zip thats inside.
For this go to reply--> additional options-->manage attachments search for the file on your computer, upload it.. post your reply thats it.

I'm afraid I can't upload files, I'm a junior member and in my additional options there is no "manage attachments".
I tried to share my dropbox Links too but I can't. Anyway I can send then with a private mail.
By the way, I have Stock-Rom (4.4) with S-Off, can anyone recomend me a stable Lollipop ROM?

Me too I received this OTA in Italy, 78mb, security patch di android (libStageFright)
I received it but failed to flash it...
It's always the same problem. If we have rooted the phone we can't flash direct the OTA. It have to be changed before flashing, but I don't have any idea how to do it.

I Would like to request someone who has proper knowledge on the matter, how can someone extract media files from a stock firmware. I really need updated media ringtones/notifications from the Z fold or Z flip 3 for my Original Z Fold. i have tried to look all over XDA and the interne but nobody has extracted any media files from the 2 new phones up till now. please if anyone has access to these 2 new phones.

i tried to download firmware and tried to unpack the damn thing, but the lz4 encryption on the firmware had some issues constantly with all unpacking software for some reason, if someone would to guide me on using some software they know i might be able to help and upload it here for everyone, or if someone could do it on their own lol
