I know this only contains two fonts, I may add more ... but only ones that are worth using on a day to day basis.
I personally use Segeo WP, its nice a plain, but decent letter distribution, Roboto is nice ... just overly curvey.

How do you backup your current fonts and install these, 4ext recovery flashable, if yes how to revert back to stock font the same way?

s-on htcdev unlocked works fine. just flash it over your rom.
Applyed Windows Phone Font, working like a charm
For those who don't know how to install it: Put the zip-file to the root of the SD-Card and flash it via CWM or 4EXT recovery, just the same steps as flashing a rom.

Just make a Nandroid Backup via CWM or 4EXT, then flash the zip-file.

I use Absolute System on the market. Fonts change perfectly on my Sensation. Over 250 fonts!!! https://market.android.com/details?id=com.canvs2321.absolute.system&feature=search_result
The Revolution fonts you flash through recovery and that changes all your fonts or you can use Font changer https://market.android.com/details?id=com.martino2k6.fontchangerlite&feature=search_result which then you can choose specifically which fonts you want to change. Ex. lockscreen font or the system fonts etc. But for that you would also need the font on your phone which you can get from anywhere but my favorite site would be http://www.dafont.com/ Good luck flashing and what not.

The method I use, is extract the zip, go in it to system, fonts in the folder, and copy the files to system root. Fix the permissions there, then move to fonts folder. Reboot, and u good.
3 methods :-
Flash the zip file from recovery ( same way you flash the rom, but make sure your font is a flashable zip )
Use TypeFresh from the market.
Navigate to /system/font and replace as you like.
( you could also adb push fontname.ttf /system/font )
( also make sure when youre replacing the font, the names are identical. It's case sensitive )

Ok I know this might be a really stupid question. But if I rename the zip file to update.zip can I flash this via the stock recovery or do I have to use Clockwork Mod Recovery?
I am currently completely stock and still S-on, I am really waiting on a working and usable ICS ROM before I S-off and flash Clockwork Mod Recovery or maybe another custom recovery image, I will make that decision when that time comes. Plus I do have a warranty still and I am trying to hold out as long as I can before voiding it.
Edit: Never mind I forgot about the security issue. You now CID checks and such as that. So I am going to say I can not do this, darn it

I have gained a lot from many others' hard work, so I wanted to give a little something myself.
credit for the original battery mod which i edited the colors of goes to gbzbar who posted his battery mods in this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1421180
the .zip i posted here works and looks great in ARHD 6.5.1 with latest base. i assume it will work in any other 4.0.3 sense roms.
Roboto font looks a ton nicer than the standard font used on the stock battery mod. And I think the blue is a nice change from the green stock. It matches many other parts of the rom and newer apps. The color for the top of the battery mod is the same as the stock ICS blue. Mod is blue down to 30% then turns orange and red, as standard.

i have included the flashable .zip for pyramid, and a .rar of all the png's for editing/porting purposes.
as always, nandroid before flash just in case, and wipe cache/dalvik after flashing.

Download the zip file bro, put it on the root of your sd card, boot into recovery mode and install the zip from sd card. Make sure you are SUPER-CID and S-off. Don't forget to do a NAND backup.

How to Installation :-
1. Download the ICS theme for DDLA2 (XXLA2)
2. Place it in the root of the sdcard.(not in any folder)
3. Flash it via recovery.(Press middle key+power key+up volum button)
4. Do a factor reset.

First u need to root ur phone...
Second U must install CWM
Third please do check : u are only use DDLA2 (XXLA2)
Fourth yes after u root & ur phone using DDLA2 (XXLA2), then u will flash ur phone using CWM...

Yes it work, so many people are using this... But please remember this is only for DDLA2 (XXLA2)
If you still want this deodex rom, flash using ODIN for getting DDLA2 (XXLA2)...

some words are appearing as sense 5 fonts and some are usual..sense 5 fonts appears at headings or bold words

I asked that BTW , Font is working but in some apps , I see my old font also my devices has now started to give reboots random ever since I Flashed it so,
Stock is preferred on SENSE 4
Extract ttf file from zip..
And Try font changer..
