Searched the forums, but couldn't find a thread that talks what I need.
Currently I have my eyes set on a Trident Case from Amazon.
I'm looking for a case the offers good protection that can be used with a belt holster or a belt clip.
I've looked at holsters like these. But the issue is they are not wide enough to insert a phone that already has a cover like Trident. IF I can find a holster big enough so I can put the phone with the Trident cover in to it that would be great.
Or else maybe a belt clip that works with the Trident cover?
I'm not dead set on the Trident cover, so if you have better suggestions please let me know.

I have the Seidio Surface case and holster. I also have 3 Nillkin cases that fit within the Seidio holster very well, but they don't offer as much protection as the Seidio case does. I definitely recommend the Seidio Surface line...it's a very well made case and holster (full body protection, felt lined case, and the holster is felt lined as well).
Of course, nothing offers the same protection as the Trident Aegis...that's like wrapping a quilt around your phone. I don't know of any holsters that fit the Aegis.
wish seidio made an active case for us...

I am looking for a good holster that will hold the Nexus One while it has a case on. I have a transparent TPU case (have to show off the sexy engraving on the back). Does anyone have a recommended case that can hold or adjust to the nexus one while it has the added bulk of a case on it?
I am looking for something like the Seidio Innocase Case Holster which is here on Amazon.
If you check out down in the review area there is a video and a guy reviewed it and it seems to fit the Innocase inside the holster pretty well. Didn't look like it would fall out.
Anyone have any experience or suggestions with this? Let me know. Thanks.
EDIT: I actually just discovered that there are 2 versions of the Seidio Holsters; one for a device that does not have a case and one for a device that does have a case.

IMO holsters = dropped phone... Either the phone pops out on its own, or gets bumped...
My thing is that I've had the dust under the screen problem so I wanted to get it out of my pocket. It does raise the risk of a drop though, this is true. Who wants to drop a $530 phone.

Oh, I use horizontal cases, have for years. Never dropped a phone from one, just of course you gotta be mindful when you're putting it in, taking it out.. And personally I always get them with a belt clip (to keep it in place on my belt) and belt loops. One case I had didn't have belt loops and I was always finding the phone in my car seat where it pushed off my belt.

Only time I ever pocket carry a phone is when I have a new phone and I'm transitioning between the two, or sometimes on the weekend when I'm just lazing around the house.
I use a nite ize heavy duty holster. Size medium. It fits my otterbox defender and casemate tough case NP.
I use a cellet bergamo iPhone belt clip / holster nice and snug on my innocase 2

i have it. and its very good. case itself is rubberized. with my extreme use holster broke few weeks ago (used it since it came out), Seidio shipped me a new one since their warranty is very long.

Anyone know anything about this case? I'm thinking about ordering one to try it out. Anyone have any thoughts about this case? I've used the ottetbox commuter, seidio active x (x2) and innocase, and the fishbone cases. But the rubber always gets flimsy at the bottom of the case.

The T-Mobile Body Glove case has a kickstand as part of the Belt clip. Not a svelte design but its functional.
I do believe both body glove Hard case and the belt clip case have kick stands. only ones I have so far.
Do a search on ebay for em. A lot of new stuff there from last week.

I have this with my active kickstand seidio case. But I am getting a tpu case soon. I'll report back if it works with this holster or not.
I have the seido surface holster and it works perfect with my leather case. it was reported by someone else that it would work with tpu cases as well

I saw a thread a while ago that someone used yours with a TPU cover and it worked perfectly.
What I am looking is a cheaper solution, $29 for it for me is too much.

I hear ya. But I have to say that the Seidio Active holster is a quality holster compared to the holsters I have had in the past.
I think you are referring to the video review of the tough casemate, active seidio and trident cases and the guy used the casemate case with the active seidio holster. Was there another thread that used a tpu with this holster?
It is well worth the quality IMO but each his/her own I say. GL to you!
Has anyone found a snap-on belt holder clip that doesn't also have a case? I rock my phone naked but would like to have a clip that I could use with sweatpants or shorts. Seido made one for the N6...
