Infuse Stock Ringtones - Samsung Infuse 4G

I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction for the stock ringtones and notification sounds that come on the infuse. I'm on MIUI 10.4 and I don't like any of those sounds. It would be much appreciated

Download any stock based rom. Should be found in System > media > audio or something like that.

I don't want to reflash a new rom just for notification sounds. If someone could extract them from their stock rom and email them...

That's what he meant. You can download the rom and extract the tones from the zip without having to flash it.

Lol thanks I got that like a minute after he posted it.

The tones on this and any other sami is terrible. Make your own and be good.

Well I like the "cloud" one...

[APP] Messaging apk file request

Hey everybody,
I used to have nexus one, but then sold it to get the vibrant. What I am looking for is the messaging app off cyanogenmod for nexus, or HTC messaging if it would even work on the vibrant. I'm not sure about HTC messaging working on the vibrant, but I hear that stock messaging app off cm works great on it.
Samsung messaging is pretty neat, but it lags pretty bad when texting multiple people.
Thanks in advance.

EDIT: delete this, sorry.
OP, see attachment.
I pulled it from CM6RC1 and I've been using it with an FRF91 ROM (see sig link). I love the color reversal (versus stock FroYo messaging app).

Thanks, I will checkvit out in a sec. Although. I may need one from 2.1, since that is what vibrant is on.

Ah, okay thank you! I will try to do that. Should it install with a file manager? Or do you need to push it via adb?

[AUDIO MOD] Project Linda Audio Mod

Hey everyone,
I originally found this modification many months ago for the Vibrant (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=974771) and had requested for a flashable Zip file for the Galaxy S which i was able to obtain. i changed the OP so now you can download the .Zip file from here rather then looking for the link. This will replace many of your system sounds on your phone with computerized voice (Linda). So far this has been confirmed working on Bionix and Triggers roms and i'm sure it will work on most of the others.
Thanks to:
Chadster214 for making this a flashable .Zip for Galaxy S (and permission to post this in my OP)
Angryattheworld for making this modification for the Vibrant
xtone for also helping with creating the Project Linda sounds
And to anyone else who i may have forgotten
Instruction:
Download to SD
Reboot into recovery
install the downloaded zip file from below
reboot and enjoy
(i didn't have to clear any cache when flashing this)
Thanks again to everyone who made this happen.
Here is a list of sounds that it currently changes or includes:
Notications (Includes):
Linda Calendar
Linda Email
Linda IM
Linda Messaging
Linda Voicemail
Linda Weather
Ringtones (Includes):
Linda Ringtone
UI (Replaces):

Bionix Frost already has this.
gotcha, i was hoping someone might be able to make a flashable zip so it can be used on different roms like triggers as well or any other rom
you can usually just extract it from the ROM's themselves. I downloaded 2 different custom ones someone made in the Vibrant forums when I used to have a Vibrant and put it in this one. It's a lil different but still has the Linda voice. I just use Root Explorer to move the files to the correct folder.
Any idea what folder they might be located in by chance? I looked under system/media and didn't find any in any of the other folders located there.
EDIT: Never mind, I downloaded the zip from the vibrant thread, extracted, and now just copying over to the correct folder. A little time consuming that's for sure.

Changes a lot of the system sounds such as when you plug your phone into the charger from a boring old beep to a computerized voice, it replaces many other sounds as well.

Lol, I was running bionix frost, but the only different sound I had was the shutdown one.
I flashed this in hopes of getting the whole 9, but I got boot loop.
I'm now back on my kd1 backup, neve made a bionix one .
Anyway, I was thinking of trying Trigger, so I guess now is a good chance.

Ya, like Hechoen said, unzip the /data/app/semcmusic.apk and copy it to /system/app of other roms...
BTW, Ringer doesn't work yet so, don't ask me on this more, I'll take a look on it at the weekend

this employs the same modem the rest of these CM9 base builds do yes? (where long text messages error out)
and if so, is there a known alternative? ...iirc, KI3 was a proper fix for GB ROMs - and if it's true that

then why are these kats using a **** modem in their builds?
You can use only the padded modems appearing in the cm7 op.
KD1 / KG4 will allow you long text messaging.

Watch a youtube video showing the S-Memo on the GS3. It's wicked. If I can find it somewhere, I'll see if I can get it to work on this rom.
Hi
Why did you base RemICS on CM9 and not on Erikmm's Nexus S ROM?
Erik's ROM should be pure Sammy ROM and S-voice must work there much better with all Sammy stuff.
Just asking/suggesting, not trolling.
Thanks

Stock Samsung Sounds for AOSP Roms

For those of you like me, who actually like the stock galaxy s3 media sounds and miss them on AOSP (like i did) here's a little something for you
Dropbox Links:
Notification Sounds
Ringtones
Alarms
Non Flashable Zip with all the stock media sounds: Click Here
Mediafire links:
Notification Sounds
Ringtones
Alarms
Non Flashable Zip with all the stock media sounds: Click Here
Those are all flashable in clockwork (except the nonflashable zip) but I haven't tested them yet due to already manually pushing the sounds to my phone. tested and confirmed to work
The Non Flashable Zip is for those who to pick and choose which sounds they want. Just make sure to put them in the right folder, you can do it all from your phone simply by using root explorer to unzip the zip, then copy and paste into the respective System ---> Media ---> [Designated Folder Here]

[Q] AOSP sounds

Does anyone know of a way to get AOSP sounds onto an S3? I'm sure there's a zip or something of that sort that I can flash on my phone, I just can't seem to find it. I'm getting tired of the water drop sound. In the mood for a change. Thanks!
Check an app called Zedge. It's a huge library of wallpapers, ringtones and notifications.
If you're rooted, I know Vengeance and Delta One both have an option for AOSP UI sounds.

I am rooted but I would like to get them on CleanRom. There has to be a way to do it.
Beans also has this option.

To get the the AOSP sounds you can download this zip file, then unzip the zip file and place the folder that corresponds to the notification type in the correct folder. For example copy the notifications folder in the zip file to your devices /system/media/notifications folder location and so on and so forth with the alarms, ui, and ringtones folder.
