Hello, I recently applied CWM using the NVFLASH method then rooted using the update.zip method, after this i tried to flash Cyanogenmod from CWM Recvoery but i bootlooped. Then I tried it using ROM Manager and I bootlooped again. Anyone know what I missed? Im currently unrooted with CWM Recovery. What should I do from here?
LG G2X of Course (P999)
Go to recovery holding volume down + power, then wipe data, format system, then flash the rom

I used rom manager to flash latest clockwork recovery. While trying to boot into recovery holding volume down+ power all I get is an android Guy with loading bar. When phone is rebooted everything is factory reset. Can anyone tell me what is going on? Sorry if its a stupid question.

What happens when you try to reboot into recovery directly from Rom Manager?

I flashed nightly 58 on my g2x and now the cyanogen skateboarder keeps coming on the screen, loading for a few seconds and then the screen shuts off and the process repeats, help?
First try reflashing. Second, did you wipe and then flash?
Tried, and did wipe before. Problem persisting.
Did you come from a custom kernel? I was having boot loop issues until I flashed a nan of an old backup I that had an ext3 compatible kernel... then 58 went on like a glove(not OJ's glove... leather shrinks if gets moist! Geez way to miss that one chris darden)...

Not using a custom kernel no :/
This happened to me once. Just not into recovery and restore a backup.

Sounds like you forgot to Un-Check Repartition in odin. Once you select the image you want to flash, it will auto-check the Repartition box (even if you unchecked it before). I would just try again and make sure its not checked before beginning
I made sure to uncheck repartition. I had a friend who was somewhat knowledgeable of this type stuff and he told me to do that... Is there anything else I could do?

No. NO. It's not a brick or anything. I recommend you flash ICS. It's much faster and better, also because it has it's own recovery. After you flash ICS you have to load up its recovery, hold the volume and the power button and wipe data and cache. It should boot flawlessly. If you do want gingerbread install clockwork mod and wipe cache and data. It should boot up.

Fixed. Thanks man.
I have a p3113, which after flashing a Rom became 3110. Which still worked fine. But I tried installing FastDream 4.2.2 which was a down grade from 4.3 Pac Rom. Now I'm stuck at Samsung logo, with no back up. I also can't mount sd through recovery, and my external sdcard is not detected by my computer.
Would anyone be able to tell me what my options are for fixing this?

wipe data factory reset, wipe cache partition and wipe dalvic cache in recovery and it will boot.
That didn't work, however I did get this issue fixed by putting it in download mode and flashed stock via odin. Then realized-rooted

can i have the link to the stock firmware you used? ive been having trouble with my tab 2 as well, in boot loop which I assume is soft-bricked. I already have ODIN, but I cant seem to get the right stock to use. help pleasee:crying:
First off, sorry if this isn't the right place for this thread. Yesterday my rooted gs3 running cm 11 started randomly turning off. This morning I got sick of it and formatted and wiped the phone. (factory reset, data & cache wipe) In clockwork recovery when I hit reboot now, it says I have lost my root and can select an option to root now. I hit yes, the phone boots to where it says Samsung Galaxy S III with the cyanogenmod theme. This is where it stays. If anyone can help that would be greatly appreciated.
Try flashing the ROM again

When the phone is connected to my pc there is no folder with my phones storage.
Can you put a ROM on an SD card?
You might have to use Odin to flash a stock image if you don't have an sdcard
