Searching "H"SPA-icon for stock-rom

Hi,
I'm searching a posiibility to show the Hspa-icon on a rootet stock-rom. What I have to do, to see the H instead of 3G if hspa is available.

Could you explain this? I use actual KF1 on my 2.3.6-rom. I have always a hspa-connection, but the icon shows always "3G" only

HSPA icon needs to be enabled first in order to be shown in the status bar. Sorry don't know where I forgot it.

It shows 3g because the framework is set to not differentiate by default. It's a simple boolean in the framework Res XML. You could garb the source for your build, change the value and rebuild. Alternatively decompile. Edit the Res file. Repack and recompile. Push via recovery.

[Q] NS MIUI V4 screenshot activity - XDA app related

Hi folks!
I'm running MIUI V4. I can't post screenshot I made with native MIUI capability.. (power+ vol down) on some XDA threads. The message "your JPEG picture got an invalide format". Ok, MIUI save screenshots as *. png... Don't wanna use ShootMe or else since it's native on MIUI.
Did some of you guyz solve this one ?
Is there a way to turn screenshots compatible with XDA app ?
Is there a way to change default MIUI saving extension format (ie like *. jpg) as png is bigger than jpg right ? Or a way to enter some MIUI screenshot settings ?
A lot of questions I'm sure you guyz will be happy to give a lot of answers

how can i add one more language to N8000?

I think the only way is to download a rom with the language you want and flash via odine

Agree. Related the same to a user on the 7.7 forum. Factory reset can allow one to change to another language but have never heard of a situation where more than one language could be used on a single install. Would be interesting though...

It is possible to change the device language without resetting the device!
Check the attached images.
If you want to change to a language that does not exist in the Language settings, then that's a different story.

He's not trying to get a ROM I think, but trying make one
I think it might be in styles, where it is set to black. You might be able to change it to a different color, not sure about using an image though

about lockscreen- dont really know, maybe its a bug.i dont really use this framework-res.apk. i use the old one which comes with the rom.
and FM radio- bro Fm radio asking root permission is not a problame, now is it. allowing a permission for a native application is not that pain, now is it?
should ask real dev's of this forum to fix this 'kill all option' thing.(i m not developer)

When I install this fix Andoroid never starts on my phone (black screen) I must to install ROM again and it works.

after set alarm clock stop everytime.

configuration FAIL
Hi people, yesterday i installed this wonderful rom and it throws an error opening the option Languaje and input method. The configuration aplication then closes. Any solution?

no incall sound output
So... i'm getting a problem. a very annoyng one.
when i have a call, after a couple of seconds or sometimes just from ansering/making a call i just can't hear the person i'm talking to. to restore output sound in the call i need to adjust the sound up/down one time. Is it just my problem or its a port problem?
