Release version
Hi guys,
I downloaded it and unrarred it but Windows 7 refuses to launch it, it says about my internet security settings prevented from opening. First in my life since Windows 2. I have not seen this warning before. OTOH, Windows 8 CP launched it, so go figure.

just because it's watmarked doesnt mean its not a release version.
1. Look in build.prop: ro.build.tags=release-keys
2. Apps and framework are all odexed = not a test version.

Thank you for the apk. Quick question.. In the playstore it is still showing a previous version installed but titanium backup shows version 4.5. I made a backup of 4.5 so should i delete the playstore version and restore the backup of 4.5 in titanium?

Has anyone been able to get this update to go into dual panel/tablet mode using PA's hybrid settings? It worked fine on all previous versions but I can't get this one to change no matter what settings I use.

You have to use an app to change the DPI of the Gmail app so it will go into tablet mode. It will work for any app that has a tablet mode. Some ROMs, like Vanilla RootBox, has PA hybrid settings built in. That allows you to change DPI on a per app basis. If your ROM doesn't have hybrid settings you will need to download xposed. It can do the same thing and be installed on any ROM. Just so you know, you can install xposed on a Sense ROM and use it but I couldn't get anything to ever change to tablet mode. I don't think there is a tablet mode in Sense. Best to use an AOSP ROM. The problem is, I can't get it to work on the newest gmail update.

I need to uninstall and wipe data of the version 4.1.8. Afterwards I can install this but as long as I launch v5.0, it installs the previous twitter from the play store and then starts force closes...
Edit: Didn't know that I should disable Auto-Update from the play store. Cancelled that and now it works..
This one is Beta 8 apk and Beta 13 is the latest one I think. Anyone has it? Please to share if you have.
