Hello all you great people. Can someone mod the stock player to make it remember the place you got to on the track when you stoped it.

Hi. I have problem after installed JPF clean rom(on other froyo roms I've had the same). When I play video(from original video player or mvideo player, rock player) when I forward movie, sound is not suitable to image. When I forward movie few times sound is about 2 seconds after image. On JK1 everything was OK. Please help because I like Froyo much but i watch movies a lot

Installed beside the normal music application, no conflicts or any problems
but just in case backup your the old music using titanium backup
The only thing i miss and the same reason i don't use MIUI player, is the capability of switching tracks right from the notification bar when multitasting, but all in all looks like an awesome player.

I really like its UI but for me stock music player is best...simple & effective. Stock music player has inbuilt equilizer which is really good. In this new player when i choose sound effects then it directly opened me equilizer app. Its strange. Does this music player dont have its own equilizer? I think no...!

Anyone used another music player on Nexus S? What is a good alternative for the stock one? It always breaks up my albums in parts and I cannot seem to find the fix.
poweramp by far the best
I myself prefer Winamp. It has shoutcast too, so I can listen to online radio.
I prefer Ubermusic because you can install the Metro skin and it looks and performs just like the Windows Phone 7 player.

Personally, just enjoy the design of it. I only use it as a music player for local files though, nothing else, so my needs are pretty simple.

The MIUI music player is quite good.
I use DoubleTwist. Pretty retarded name if you ask me, but it's a great music player. 8.50/10 so far!

Hey friends i have installed Icebolt custom rom, the rom is stable and smooth(except for high ram usage!!)The problem i face is that the stock music player cant read .aac files. It says format not supported. After few days i played the same files again, and they played. Then again now they dont work! P.S-i use poweramp for music most of the time, even playerpro cant read these files unless i install player pro dsp pack! I dont know what the problem is and need help!
And also the audio output is too low, using earphones is fine but headphones sound way too lower, i installed audio boost but it just distorts the sound, the music starts cracking. Any other software/mod for audio boost?

Today i played files again via stock music player, .aac files played but i cant fast forward the song!! This rom is one of the best rom i hav installed till date, battery life is good, no frequent fc!!
Hi, I'm looking for the stock music player for the i9500. Since I installed the Walkman Z2 music player it stopped working, I managed to make it load but now it doesn't play anything, the music never starts. So, I'm looking for a way to restore the music player without having to install the whole ROM again.
