Any chance you have it extracted or something because I've tried a few that I downloaded but somehow, to extract the .rar file it asked for a password, and it wasn't the program I used to extract it

Why dont you just grab one of the roms that are based of the kb1 and pull the file you need? I have never run that build so cant post it and without knowing what the file does or what it contains I am not sure i would post it if i could.
here you go

Twlauncher?

Can anyone put a download link for the twlauncher.apk file?
Sent from my SGH-T959V using XDA App
You can get it by pulling the apk from the zip file. So open your icbinb.zip on your computer, go to system/app and you can copy twlauncher out of it.

Or are they the same thing? If so then I did that and it didn't work, I just want the Droid voice from the commercials to play when I turn on my phone
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I997 using xda premium
Open root explorer...and go to etc....its on the first page when you open root explorer
Sent from my SGH-I997 using xda premium
And yes...it will work....delete PowerOn.wav....replace with your wav file(and it has to be a wav file) and rename it PowerOn.wav....spelled exactly like that....

I've done that and no luck :-( i've been sitting here for the last few hours trying to figure out why
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I997 using xda premium
If i'm putting it in they righty directory then why wouldn't it be working, could it be a specific coding in the format of the audio file?

Adding apks to roms's..system/app file

Added all my apks to Rom and when i install the Rom it bootloops. But,if i remove my apks the Rom installs fine.
Any ideas or a better way to add them so they will install with the Rom,or make them a flashable zip file?

When you add them do you put them in the system app folder or the data app folder?

Maybe just install your apps after it boots?
Or...if you have a lot, install them after boot and then purchase titanium backup. It makes getting back to you normal running state simple. I can flash and be up to speed in about 5 minutes.
