after upgrading my HTC Trophy for Mango, I did not get in Portuguese language (five kept the original language, English, French, Spanish, German and Italian). How can opter the Portuguese language without having to root the phone?

By default no new language is added to current WP7 devices when updating to Mango. It's possible though when running NoDo to add some specific entry to registry to "force" installation of another languages when installing Mango, but once you have Mango, there is no way how to get new language to the phone (only rollback to NoDo)

Let me see if I get it...
My HD7 T-Mobile is running official version of Mango, unlocked to brazilian wireless. To try input other language I should roll back to NoDo, make the changes in the Registry Code (witch in my case is 0416 (PT-Brasil)... after that force to Mango again?
Do you know if have to make any changes between NoDo and Mango? Or just add the registry value and code?

if I update my italian qtek s100 with the last WWE ROM...than Il can change it to italian and avoid the COuntry error and keep using the last WWE rom in my language..RIGHT?

Definitely it's possible to install ROMs to any language as long as their available. I think you didn't understand my answer.
Your very first post states that you want to install a WWE but to avoid getting the Country error problem you want to switch to Italian WHILE doing the upgrade - this is not possible. The only way to avoid the Country Error problem is to use the MaUpgradeUT_noID.exe
I think it's possible to have WWE but with an Italian Ext ROM thus making it look like it's a full Italian ROM. This is similar to the T-mobile NL ROM, the main OS is in English but the Ext ROM is Dutch.

And I want that someone help me understand how to get this phone unlocked with mango and Russian language.

Hi, I try to add Norwegian language on my HTC Trophy, right now I have version 7.0.7392.0 firmware 2250.09.10908.401. 5.10.2255.6 bootloader, but I get only error in what I use wp7cabsender, is there anyone who can accurately tell me which cab files I need to add that I have Norwegian language on my trohpy?? Today here I am English, Spanish, German, Italian. phone is not unlocked.

You may need a ROM with support for the language built in (some European ROMs have it). The language files are updated incrementally, so you need to install all of them going back to the first version (just installing the latest one isn't sufficient, and will probably give an error).

With CAB Send you have to install all the updates your language until 8858.
Search your here (0C0A - Spanish):
