...when I try to watch a program on abc.net.au/iview it says I don't have Flash Player 10.3 installed.
Anyone know why that is?
I had the same problem - removed dobe Flash Player and re-installed - problem went away.

First, thanks to all the developers. I can't wait to start having fun with this thing. I just got mine from Woot and got the OTA update to 1.1-3588 and that's it, no other updates or hacks.
I went to the Viewsonic website and downloaded Flash from there then rebooted. Now the browser crashes on any Flash site, including the front page of XDA!
Any ideas? I have reinstalled and rebooted 2 times now.
Having the same issue. There is an arrow pointing down, i tab it and the browser crashes. Im using vegan 5.1.
Try deleting the flash apk or if that don't work wipe and try againg.

I had the same problem...loaded Flash 10.1 and the browser started crashing.....i uninstalled it and installed Flash 10.2 ......and now all works perfect...no more browser crash and videos...IE youtube...etc....all play great.....hope this helps ya

Where did you get the 10.2 from?

I finally gave up and loaded Clockwork and flashed to TnT lite. I love it more now and had no problems getting the market to work.
I hope its ok to post...i downloaded Flash 10.2 from here.....

scroll down and I installed Flash 10.2.156.12
It works great...to view Youtube videos and see the entire Youtube website...just change your internet screen page setting from Tablet to ( my mind went blank here) to the setting to the far right.....laptop or whatever it is....

I had the same issue on stock. This fixed it and all worked well
I open my web browser and try to watch YouTube but no luck it tells me I need to update my flash player. I have checked in the settings and every thing is turned on to allow flash. I rooted with virus Rom. Anyone can help me that would be awesome. O and this is for the thunderbolt
Have you tried downloading Adobe Flash from the Market?
Have you tried running fix permissions in Rom manager?

Rooted xoom, with T1.41 kernel, stock browser can play flash contents, but firefox does not, opera does not. Sometimes, sound canbe heard, but can see nothing. Please, someone help. Using latest flash player.
Very confused.
Those browsers don't play well with flash. Use stock or Dolphin.

Before rooted, it was fine.
The older version of Flash 10.2.156.12 did work in Opera on the Xoom. But when Flash 10.2.157.51 came out 2 weeks ago, Opera start to have problems with Flash contents.
Opera on my Galaxy tab also having trouble with the new version of Flash. Hopefully the next release of Opera will fix the bug. In the main time stock browser is the only option for watching Flash content on the web.
P.S. last tome I checked, Firefox does not yet support Flash.
Edit: My XOOM is still stock and un rooted.

Tried xscope, it was fine with the latest flash before rooted, so does opera, it is rather strange as all of them do not work now.
I have been using dolphin without any issues.

Go to Settings > Applications > Manage applications > All, find Google partner setup, click Clear data and restart your Xoom.
Getting a please install flash player again. Can amyone confirm?

Market flash works fine. I'm talkin about the hulu flash hack
^^ He means that may be you had it on auto update and it got updated through market. Working here though, just checked.
dude u are not crazy i get the exact same thing. i have tried to uninstall and re install it i have tried multiple browser, and i still have the same issue. your not alone but i have no idea how to fix it so i dont know how much help i can be.
Install the market version, play a flash video on youtube, uninstall flash player, then install the hulu version. It should work.
Flash tricks not working
uninstalled stock flash. Set stock browser to desktop. Installed Hulu Flash apk. nothing. played a you tube video and attempted to uninstall, reinstall. didnt work either. Cant find hulu flash to uninstall and now cant reinstall stock flash player. any ideas?
Have u gone to settings/applications ? Does it not show up there with option to uninstall? Also are u rooted? Bc I know that stock rom has prob with the mod.

like title says i have problem with flash player.it simply wont work anymore,i tried all kinds of browsers, nothing works i always get you need latest version of flash player error even tho my flash player is updated.i am on cm9 but it stopped working before on gb,and cant relate this error to any flashing or rom changing.in opera when i set to desktop.and flash player setting to click to play,i enter any video and the when i click play,bar appears but i get error this video in not currently available.seams like browsers are preferring html5 for some reason,but it wont work on most sites,also when i check plug ins in opera flash is checked.what can i do?

if no then download it n reboot ur phone
If yes reinstall it again n make sure there is no apo data stored

The newest version of adobe flash player is for android 4.0 and higher so it can't work on gb. Try to install a stock rom with a old version of adobe flash player because I got the same problem with cm9 of remics. But you can play flash files stored in your phone by using smartSWF.

ok thnx again but i wont go back to gb for flash i found out that mobile agent in opera+flash player+mx player is very good because it opens pop up window and allows me to watch most videos,its easier to use and lag free.
for me, flash stopped working since alpha 10
