Does anyone know where to extract edt tweaks and powermod menu. Maybe flashable in cwm or push with a file explorer. Any help or info greatly appreciated

Its indeed long process. You will need to decompile frameworks and jar files nd the XML then do some edits. Its hit or miss sitiuation that requires trial and errors.

I was curious to know if there are any applications that allow apk editing on the go. Just the usual decompile, recompile, sign, and zipalign tools are necessary. Kinda like ninjamorph, but more in depth. Thanks in advance!

I started by learning what images do what and how to make my own .9.PNG files. Then figure out what XML files do what. After that your pretty much set. If you Google how to theme android you will get a lot of good guides.

If you know how to recompile the framework-res.apk with apk tool you can do it with one simple line change in bools. Xml ....from false to true...activate_lights I think...

i know this is the uber development place, but i have searched and googled, basic question, i see the i9000 roms, how, in simple terms, do you have a bot "build" the source for the infuse 4G, are their any instructions or a site that i can read up on this?
