Transformer fonts and font changing - Eee Pad Transformer Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Ok so theres alot of apps on the market to change fonts but they dont tell you the variations in fonts between different devices one i had caused constant boot loops.
So i thought why not try to find out what the default name is for each font on the tf and what that font is in charge of.
Also to find out what the best font changer is and maybe share some cool fonts only ttf format or zip
So......................
In advance thanks for the help and i hope this thread helps sme people out that like unique fonts as i do.

I have just installed Type Fresh (requires AndExplorer) to try out the new ICS: Roboto font (as system) on my TF and it looks nice!!

If you are rooted (with BusyBox installed), get "Font Installer" from the market.
It has hundreds of fonts included, shows font previews, can backup your system fonts,
even lets you choose which system fonts to overwrite, and its FREE! (or 99 cents for the paid version).

that is a part of the launcher so you will need to find the images from its apk
edit: adw can trun off background anyways and probably so can other launchers besides stock

I located it , and even found a transparent dock I want to replace it with so that the icons are dockless & scroll bar-less lol & look like they are just floating there. I just cant figure out how to add the new one in there with 7zip to keep it as an .mtz file. I am able to do it in zip format but miui 3.25 gb version onlt recognizes .mtz themes
This is what I want

[MOD] Funny Jokes (new icon / different font and colors)

Hello XDA-Community!
I've decided to customize this particular app because I don’t like the stock look of it. It is also my first theme project. So these are the things I've changed:
- New launcher icon
- Monospace header font
- Blue colour removal (changed the main colours to black and white)
- The Ad View is now removed from the JokeList. I've transferred it to the JokeView because I don’t want to remove it completely.
Here is the file:

I'm interested in this. It works on N7000 any rom? How to revert to original font?
Sent from my GT-N7000 using Tapatalk 2
It should work with any rom with flipfont installed. I think If you have "Font Style" option under Settings>Display>Screen Display, it should work.
BTW, I'm on stock Korean SGN rom.
In imilka Cm9 and don't see this option... Anyone have flip font or can advise about it?
Sent from my GT-N7000 using Tapatalk 2
couldn't find flipfont apk. guess you probably should ask the rom developer...Sorry, not much help.

Need some help with UCCW and a specific font

So I had the UCCW clock as shown below running fine but did some "cleanup" and messed things up. Now I can't seem to locate the exact same font that's being displayed. I had loaded both AndroidClock.ttf and Roboto-Regular.ttf into a fonts directory so I thought it was using the AndroidClock font. However the shape/height of the numbers is noticeably different. I've gone through all the fonts in the system/fonts folder and it's not there either so I'm really stumped on this one.

Mods: if this should be in a different sub-form please move it.
Just to be sure, I am assuming you've already tried changing the font under display settings?
If helped you or you liked what I had to say. Save forum space and thank me using the thank you button.

I've tried just about everything I can think of. This includes changing the system default font, which I believe is Roboto-Regular, and there's no effect other than what one would expect. At this point I have no idea as to how I wound up with a font that doesn't seem to be on my phone - but I want it back
If someone is able to ID the font then I can just locate a copy and add it to the fonts folder.
ETA: Solved. I reloaded the original uccw uzip file and it apparently has that font embedded in it. I guess that means that the ROM that the person was using had a different set of fonts than the stock VZW rom.
