Played with the Thunderbolt cam yesterday. It's very fast. Didn't have an iPhone to compare with, but it's way faster than the Eris.

The Thunderbolt was to include the the upgraded camera software as well.

Hate to say this as I type this from my wifes iPhone lol while my phone charges but the iPhone 4 takes absolutely wonderful pictures from what I can see. I would love it if the bolt could take pictures on par with the ip4. Not trying to start a war here. Just stating the simple facts! Can't wait for this effen phone

Front facing mod accessory for inspire?

I once saw a little plastic accessory you could add onto the back of the iphone 3gs. It had two mirrors that allowed the camera to see in front of the screen functionally making it a front facing camera. Does anyone know of something like this for the inspire/desire?
My gf just moved to Rome and portable facetime would rock

Do me a favour. Hold your nexus s up in front of you. The picture of the 'prime' infact is the exact same as your nexus s barring the fact the backlight on the touch sensitive buttons are off. Smells fake to me.

My Nexus doesn't seem to have a problem with text. It does look like a Nexus S with some on-screen buttons instead of the regular ones underneath.

Yeah, text doesn't look like that on the NS, and the NS doesn't have a curved side.

Strange thing is that this photo has been released the same day of the new Iphone launch....

Well if it is the prime, looks like theres a helluva lot of space wasted at the bottom. The phone is the exact same shape as the nexus s.

What's wrong with my camera?

I just got this SGS2 Lte a week ago and I just noticed this today while trying to take pictures. There is basically 2 spots on every picture and on the camera that is darker or blurred out. Its really hard to notice on the computer screen but much easier to see on the phone. Is this dust under the lens or something? I mean it's only a week old. Here are some examples of the shots. This shows up on the camera also when taking pictures.

I know it may not really look like much but its really noticeable on the cellphone.

I suggest get it exchanged.

What's a good sub-$100 Android phone on the used market (not new) with huge screen? Just needs 2.2 or 2.3 Android. Doesn't need to be fast.
I need something for my Mom who has trouble seeing/typing. Planning to use it with this theme for elderly people:

Big screen isn't enough. Some phones have big screens and teeny tiny fonts. (Like the HTC Vivid.) The Skyrocket has nice big fonts, but not cheap. I don't have any suggestions; just warning you that a big screen by itself doesn't mean big fonts.

The font isn't an issue using the theme/app I linked above. Thanks for the warning though!

How big of a screen you looking for? I think you can find the non LTE ATT Galaxy S2 for under $100, as well as the Infuse 4G.

Not sure if you need it new but I just picked up a refurbed Skyrocket from AT&T for $20. Just got it today and I'm playing with it now. Looks new or close enough to new for me. I didn't want to pour a lot of money in either.

You can change the font on the vivid by pinching.

Infuse 4g at$t, i got one refurbed for 1 cent on there website. 4.5 inch display with lots of rom support.

Pretty sure he's not signing a contract to get this.
