/connect irc.freenode.net
Will try that when I get home.
Edit: Tried that and got this:
-pratchett.freenode.net- *** Notice -- You need to identify via SASL to use this server
** Closing Link: mf75a36d0.tmodns.net (SASL access only)

Does anyone have the original memo .apk that came with our phone. I've been searching everywhere for it and can't find it.
Sent from my galaxy s 4g using XDA app
I got this by unzipping ICBINB KH2 -- it's in system/app
Download kd1 from here. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=14354582 Extract it and look in system/app for the apk. Copy the apk to system/app on your phone.
Edit: file already posted above but that is from GB. May work for you. This method will work for any app you need in the future.

All u need to is download that one and then push to system/app with root explorer. Then set permissions to rw-r-r and voila. It worked for me so it should for u too.

I suggest trying Note Everything. It's just like the Memo app, except the text is smaller (I found the Memo text to be obnoxiously big). You can even draw stuff with that app.
Looks like I'm gonna have to go with note everything because both of our computers aren't recognizing my phone
Sent from my galaxy s 4g using XDA app
What do you need your computer for? Download kd1 from the link above. Use a file explorer to extract and push the file to system/app. I use root explorer, but there are many more that will work.

Get "download all files" from market. It will allow you to download zips with stock browser.

Switched to SQLite Editor and tried both disabled and 0 for entitlement check (line 113 on SCv7) and it still tries to validate every time.

Has anyone gotten FoxFi's Bluetooth tether to work?
Thanks
Even though my phone was unrooted after the OTA ICS update, the entitlement check (on line 150 now) is still set to 0, but yet AT&T must have been alerted when i used the hotspot feature.
They emailed me saying they noticed i used the hotspot feature and KINDLY encouraged me to switch over to another plan in order to use it.
What else do i need to do?
Thanks!!!
