Remove burned in bookmarks? - LG Optimus 3D

There are bookmarks that i cant remove.
In the standard browser i can only add bookmarks and remove my own made bookmarks. In dolphin i cant remove anything!
Please help! Is there a o3d user who got their bookmarks deleted?

Use Bookmark Tree from market.

Organizing browser bookmarks ICS

Is there really no simple way to organize or reorder Bookmarks in the stock Browser app? This frustrates me.
We should be able to long press on a bookmark and move them to where we want them. Is there a method I don't know?
Damn it... I'm having the same problem.
Not only can we not rearrange the bookmarks, but they seem to be arranged in a silly order.
Hopefully it gets fixed in next patch. Or somebody creates a fix here.
I use BookmarkSB from the Market to sort alphabetically.

Sync Chrome bookmarks with sgt?

So, is it possible to sync my chrome bookmarks with sgt stock gingerbread browser? Sgt browser supports folders, so it should be possible right?
Are there any programs that allows me to do that?

Try bookmarks to SD. It's for Dolphin browser It allows you to sync from Google account to stock browser too I think...

I don't use Dolphin anymore, but seem to recall that being part of the functionality of "Bookmarks to SD"
did the trick thanks!
It's an app on the market called bookmarks to sd which is an add on for dolphin.
Seems i've gone over my thanks limit even though i only just got on xda about an hour ago???
Glad to help mate. You'll just have to owe me the 'thanks' next time
The mobile app works!

Sorry to dig up an old thread, but I'm trying to do what you did but can't figure it out. I've exported my bookmarks to an HTML format but don't know how to import it to boat. Thanks.
Bookmarks to SD
Hello can someone please help me here, is the add on 'bookmarks to sd' still available for download? I am trying to copy my dolphin bookmarks from one phone to another.

Where the heck are our LOCAL BOOKMARKS stored?

Ok, I want to import my Dolphin Bookmarks to be seen as the Local Bookmarks for the stock browser. Any ideas?

OK turned off my chrome bookmark syncing from my desktop but it seems the stock browser is automatically looking for them anyway which is slowing things down.
There doesn't seem to be an option to turn off this behavior.

Ugh this is getting frustrating. The stock browser give us NO control over our bookmarks at all.
I want to import my Dolphin bookmarks to be used as the Local Bookmarks in the stock browser. No idea how.
Anyone know?

I was able to use the Bookmarks to SD extension for Dolphin to export my Dolphin bookmarks and then import into the stock browser.

Yes. Unfortunately it does not preserve any folders.
