i know everyone is presently working for CM7 bt isnt it fair that frst basic feature like two way call recording be included...
hope some dev can help out the i9003 users and build us a mod for it....

Agreed, different people use the phone for different usage & have different amount of usefullness of a feature. For me I wont ever use TV out & OTG has limited use but call recording is I use hence need the most.
the china rom（ZCKC1）have this function，maybe can transplant it to XXKPH？？
If you want this function, use zckc1 or zcke1 instead. English is still provided.

I fully agree with dawinner ..... Would not like to shift to Chinese Froyo only for this feature! ..... Am sure our senior developers can port this to XXKPH (especially since there is precedent of this feature working on our phone in earlier froyo versions) ..... When they can take a dig at trying to make new things work, they can easily make this already successful Froyo feature also work in gingerbread ..... And personally, if this works, this phone would take a quantum value jump in eyes of many owners ! ..... All the best and look forward ... Cheers, Envy

For my s2, I have a call recording thing. I am on tge process of porting it. The only dis advantage is my PC l. It was hanging and re booting like an idiot. I am working on the port! Will updae after some days

I guess call recording is one of the most important feature.... So developers, plz do something about it...
Really its very stupid that why google has not included this feature by default in android...even nokia has this feature even in most basic multimedia model from so many years...!
I think Google wanted to cut down on the thing because it is illegal to do so in England! You know! Maybe in the Indian GB we will have Call Recording!

guys this is the time to build or port camera for our device lets start .....
guys i ve ported camera with many devices and failed .. y'day i tried with galaxy mini camera but that also failed with many apps such as night vision camera app and retro camera ... the thing what i got when i used night vision camera is after taking picture from it in gallery i got as load failed! not getting the problem i ve attached the logcat of the process please check out .... and all dev's and others are welcome to support this thread and make it a success ...

Just be patient, Maclaw and his team will soon release it.. They released it for Gio and Ace , so Fit and Mini are really close to getting the ICS we've been all waiting for.

i have tested it on AOKP v4 that i have not released ... first i ported the mini's camera as it is .. but it gave as load failed!(in gallery) when i used night vision camera .. and then i changed the hw folder that had camera.tass.so file i changed it with the one which was provided by cm9 beta4 release but it was unsuccessful .. .. i also tried up with ace camera fix but it also didnt worked out .. n also tried with a different device(don't remember the name) but that also failed m still trying my best .... if u guys also help me in it ... i assure that we will get success for sure ...:angel:

We are waiting since from many many months now ...!! so thats the main reason why i opened this open thread .. and i also developed AOKP (ics) releases to provide a nice and smooth UI for all the galaxy fit users .. ..
Development sections are for posting of software, so until someone has a working camera to share, I'm moving this to General.

Make nandroid beforehand, coz i dont take any guarantees...

Flash this on ics (preferably aokp by thewhisp or by ravi)
After flashing, install night vision
camera app (take it from here)
If my zip worked, then you won't get
any preview in the app, but the pic might be clicked...
Don't use the stock camera app, use night vision apk only...
If it doesn't work, report back with a logcat...

It's based on Adam's CM10, so what ever is working in CM10 will only work in this also...
so nothing is working for now except boot and some minor things but soon we will get :fingers-crossed:.....

I've also performed a logcat but without phone and mms.
I don't know how to do a logcat from the computer, so i've pushed a logcat tool to system/app...

@khpatel4991: Buddy, please change your OP as USB working fine with Adam's USB fix. Download the attached file & flash using CMW. USB will work great. Its working fine with me.
I know USB is playing major part in whole package of ROM. so, accidentally in hassle, we become panic.
for deep sleep issue. Delete sensors.n1.so from /system/lib/hw/ and it'll be fixed, I've tested it and working fine.....
Is data network working. I use 2G (edge).? If this is working, ill switch to parandroid..

Thanks to you and our team of CM 10 devs for making it happen !
Now the wait is only for camera & bluetooth to be functional.
Once that's done, we all can help in debugging and making CM 10 and inturn it's derivatives stable. Hope that comes time comes soon & if possible do help us in getting those 2 features functional.

Great ROM ,one of the best for me .
i just want to say that take help from wayland_ace.... he can give you the camera_hal (experimental)
well bluetooth can be fixed too.. but you will have to take help from amanmehta_007.. that copy paster

Sorry to be off topic here but Mind what you say... He is not a copy paster... Don't say anything about anyone about which you know nothing... And if you think he is than consider me a copy paster too and other guys too whose roms are on galaxy ace plus as we all are a team... As most of us are in team android madness... And according to xda rules you can't abuse any one... And this is abusive for me and my team...
Most of people whose rom and themes are posted here are part of the team...

i may not seem to but i keep a record of everyone here..
This year, every day I look for Custom Rom for the Samsung Galaxy Ace Plus, but eventually SlimBean really captivate my desire to upgrade the system, still waiting to fix the camera very principle for me, tired of waiting for updates for all Samsung Galaxy Ace Plus, the spirit re a very good look at the interface SlimBean, waiting for bugs fixed ...
