I tried yesterday but it didn't work for me, I supose I'm missing a step or something, because other people managed to unlock their mangoes this way!!
My trophy is at 7392 with chevron and I have the HTC-ProvXml-Deploy installed. Now my bootloader is at 4.xxx because I have updated twice already to mango via zune.
-I first uninstalled HTC-ProvXMl Deploy
-Then installed xap U2M7720
-Entered, and did the U2M and done, select SPA (i'm spanish xD ) in languajes and done. Click on chevron unlock and program exits.
-Updated via Zune (2 updates, first 7408, then 7720)
-Try U2M or any xap installed and says "microsoft revoqued <app name>, uninstall it" (i see in spanish but says something like that"
I am now again on 7392 restoring by zune.
I followed steps from the other topic of this method, but I'm confused with some steps here.
What is "connection setup" ?
Are this uninstall and install of zune necessary and how to obtain this files??
What is " ISVTo7720.bat " XDD ???

Tried again. I missed runing the conection setup and chevron unlock between the 2 updates, so in version 7408 you have to disconnect the USB (update will crash, but is ok), load the con.setup wizard, then load u2m7720 and click chevron unlock, and then connect usb again and let zune do the second update.

pls help,
had 7392, updated to 7403 then 7712 and finally 7720 with zune. unfortunately is locked. after that roll back with zune but only to 7403. tried to update to 7712, but zune don't find 7712, only isv 7720. still locked after update like in this howto.
what can i do?

Hi,
It is the easiest way to update to Mango 7720.68 from a NoDo / PreNoDo ROM in your phone
You update from one version of Mango to the next one using ctrl boxes
More languages can be selected easy
Also is keeping you ulocked with one button press and preventing relock

If I'm not mistaken there are no unlocked roms for the (CDMA) HTC Arrive (GoldC); hopefully someone can mod this rom to unlock it.
Caution on these roms
While the mango one is truly Mango it is a Demo version that will load your phone with several demo messages/emails/contacts.
