my device has splash screen

I have a zte v9 light with android 2.2 softwar
i try to install the latest versions of Android but the new softwar make my device
stop and shows a splash screen and i cant do anything...please help ..i want the orgenal softwar of Android back or they way to restor my device and make him work again..

Stuck on black screen with 4 triangles in the corners... Help Pls

i try to enter in hboot with volume - and power but still the same screen i try with this RUU_Ace_Gingerbread_S_Cingular_US_2.47.502.7_Radio_12.56.60.25_26.10.04.03_M_release_200368_signed
but is frozen on 56%
when i desconect the usb shows this other screen were is says RUU
i dont know what to do can you please help me?

android l boot and shut animation for any rom just give a try its amazing
in recent rom lolicop dont have shut animation of android hope this one suit...

Android Board not booting

Hi,
Hopefully I have correctly posted this. We have a few screens we use to display information on and recently the Android boards have stopped working. They boot to just an ANDROID loading screen and goes no further. I was wondering is it possible to re-flash these Android boards to factory reset or reload the OS? I have attached the board and any help would be greatly appreciated.
