hi everybody,i am actually a noob. i hava verizon htc tp2 and i jus wanna know which rom i should flash. should it be a GSM or CDMA rom?? cos its a world phone and it supports both CDMA and GSM. Thank u vry much.....
CDMA. Verizon and Sprint are both CDMA, flashing any other rom would semi-brick your device.
It has to be a CDMA ROM, I dont think your phone will boot if you flash a GSM rom. But if you do flash a GSM radio on a CDMA device, you will have an expensive brick!

hello everyone, im new here and i want to ask you something.
i have a new TP2 but reding here i found that there are multiple versions of this device, mine can use CDMA and GSM. in global mode. but im unsure if it is a CDMA or GMS device.

Typically if it has a sim card slot under the battery then it is GSM. What is the model type can be rho100 rho200 rho210 rho300 rho500 rho10000.

my cel uses a sim car but as i said it can use CDMA also.
in the config menu it has CDMA-GSM and global mode.
also i want to know what do i need to do to know which one is my model i dont know if it is rho100 rho200 rho210 rho300 rho500 rho10000.
someone told me it was rhodiumW but im unsure.

in the back of my phone says NM8RHOD500 ... so which model is that?! and what roms should i use?!

I've got a sprint htc touch pro 2, with an energy rom 2011. I'm in newyork, and i want to use a french card "orange" wich have internationnal option. The phone doesn't want to find any other network but sprint . nothing in gsm and sprint in cdma. Any one a solution for me ?
I'm her for 5 days, it is juste a little bit urgent.

Well, the Sprint TP2 radio is locked from using United States GSM networks but it is unlocked for Non-US networks so in order for you to use a US GSM networks you would have to Pay for SIM/Security Unlocker and flash an unlocked radio.
Probably not what you wanted to hear.

You should do the SIM Unlock process first here:

Then use the unlocked 1.96 or 2.32 Sprint radio from the thread the previous poster linked you to.

I love my nexus s 4g, i will be travelling to india soon. I was wondering if there is any way I can use nexus s 4g on any other indian cdma provider? would it be possible if I am able to flash radios for cdma network in india. Is there any way to make it work??

Sorry to tell u but it will not work in India. There are no CDMA or WIMAX carriers in India, your sprint model of the Nexus S will be incompatible.
i am in Turkiye and my english is bad
so there is no motorola photon.I bouthg in usa with Sprint.I want to cyanogenmod but i mistakenly flash U.S. Cellular rom.and now,i can't use gsm operation.There is no gsm signal.and i tried everything but can't recovery and flash sprint rom.i want to turn back,original rom.
Anyone help me?please
