What is maximum microSD capacity that works with Touch Cruise aka Polaris.
I know people use 8GB but I was wondering could I use 16GB?
anybody tried it?
Thank you!!
over 2 gb it requests an SDHC driver, this is for the elder HTC versions,
The polaris/touch cruise do have the SDHC driver installed,
so it should recognize any microsd.
thank you for the answer.
I have 4 GB microSD card so I know it works. I also know 8 GB works because a lot of people here says that they use it.
I'am planning to buy 16 GB microSD card but I want to know for sure it works.
I ask this because from what I know some cameras or card readers have like 8GB limit or 4GB limit.
so I would like that somebody confirm, from it's own experience that it works.
Thank you
can just confirm that 8gig are working fine.

Thank you
in those cases I always buy stuff at eBay or our local store with the assurance of returning the product. So buy and try. If it fails just return it.
Has anyone been successful in getting one of these to work in their Xoom? If so how? I got one for Christmas and despite my efforts, it does not work. The Xoom does not recognize it at all. It was formatted to FAT32 and I tried to see if it would work with exFAT, but no luck either way. I have searched the forums and the web in general, but it seems this card is too new and no one really has much experience with them yet.
The xoom is only capable of reading 32 gig or less

Hi I recently read a post by a member on ukhot deals about this said card I will post what he said and hope it helps but I doubt it from zachjeep's post above;
Loads of devices including SGS, SGS2, Motorola razor, sg nexus, some HTC devices support the 64gb but not in sdxc format. When you put the card in, if it says not working or not formatted etc you have to select format it. Then it will format it in fat32 format and then you can store and read the 64gb card. But it won't be the higher speeds of sdxc cards but lower speeds of sdhc cards. Remember if you format it into fat32 format then you lose the higher speeds of sdxc cards but you will get the 64gb to work on older hardware. But some phones might not be able to work out how many mins you got left on card for video recording etc. But works fine other wise as reported on androidnz blog which has detailed posts and videos of this working. Or in devices that support USB OTG like in many Samsung devices among others you could get a cheap USB OTG adapter for few pounds then connect flash drives / USB devices / USB hubs / memory card readers etc and use cheaper lower capacity microsdhc 32gb instead and no need to pull out battery etc to pull out cards and can easily load cards and copy files over etc. See androidnz blog for videos etc.

I purchased the SanDisk 64GB MicroSD SDXC version and my xoom was able to see all 59GB after format.. I formatted it initially with my Rezound, if that helps.

Several users of the unlocked international Galaxy Note also report that the SanDisk 64GB microSDXC works in their phones. Apparently the formatting process takes a little while, but it works.
Thanks, I'll try the format in my Rezound and see what happens.
I have one of these
http://www.amazon.co.uk/SanDisk-And...AJTO/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1359785521&sr=8-3
on my Xoom running EOS4 (4.2.1) and it works fine - the card comes unformatted, so you have to format on a PC first - once done it works fine....
I believe you have to be on ICS or later for SD-XC cards to work......

Sorry bro, that is not true.
Yep 64gb flash in mine to.... all good
What's the maximum SD card size for the external slot on the SGS II LTE? I'm reading 32GB but I could have sworn I read somewhere that someone was using 64GB. Can anyone confirm/deny?
32gb is the max
Well, some members of the forums have gotten a 64GB card to work.
Hes right 32 Gb is the max i dont even know if 64 GB cards exist

the skyrocket is not compatible with SDXC which is the technology for any SD over 32gb. I didnt try it myself, but samsung does not create drivers for SDXC in the current line of phone. So maybe some supergeek somewhere did create a driver for his phone, but it will not work with yours
EDIT: i have found video proof that a 64gb card works on the GS2 non LTE but it comes with its fair share of problem including camera app not being able to save pictures to it, very slow population of library in music app and a bunch of small annoyances
That's what I suspected - I thought I'd seen something, sounds like it's not worth the effort with the 64GB cards.
Cheers!

Hey,
I am really sad, coz many of my friends has HD games like Asphalt, Spiderman, NFS in their Nokia mobile, even i have in my Nokia N8,
But now my SGR phone is Tegra 2, the superb gaming experience ever (i guess)
but as you all know, our phone has only 4gb memory
i also have 8gb card, but its full of videos,
can i use 32gb or 64gb card in SGR, will it work fine ???
i think 32gb will work, but how about 64gb ???
if possible can you give me the links for the cheapest deals for memory card ???
32gb 1000rs to 1200rs ???
Using Sandisk 32GB MicroSD Class 4.! No Issues.
I dont think 64GB will work though. Wait for reply from others!

Hi guys
I'm looking for a 64G SDHC for my PC3100. I've came across news that not all 64g SDHC cards are compatible with the P3100.
Which are the recommend brands to buy?
Not sure if it's still relevant, but here is some recommendations www.sakoman.com/OMAP/microsd-card-perfomance-test-results.html
I know that the P3100 and the P3113 are quite different, but the 64gb sdcard that I'm using is a standard Sandisk microSD and it works fine with my P3113.

You'll most likely need to re-format the card to Fat32.
The Sandisk is the GO-TO card for 64 GB, but the Tab 2 can't read the stock card format and from what I've read cannot handle the actual formatting of the card, so you need either another android device that will or use a program on your computer to format it to Fat32, once that is done it works fine, using one in my 3113 right now.
