Collective Results From Quadrant Standard - HTC Desire S

This is a thread for everyone to post their devices benchmark score after running Quadrant Standard.
Hopefully this will be of interest to quite a few of us here.
Remember to run the "Full Benchmark" test
Then post your Score along with the rom your using, the kernal and the speed you have your CPU clocked at
Have Fun!
---------- Post added at 04:07 PM ---------- Previous post was at 03:52 PM ----------
My personal score is 1925
Running:
Virtuous Unity v 2.37.0, Unity v9 Kernal and clocked at 998.4mhz

Take note that you need to run it a few times for the result to be consistent.
Highest i got just now is 2598. Max clock is Tiamat's default at 1036MHz. The rest in sig.

hmm..3300+ with hydrogen but thats not sense rom..maybe statistic for non sense and sense roms ?

Yeah the result would be way different with different ROM and optimizations.
I remember having around 1800 with LBC 0.5.4. With Hydrogen v3 it was around 2500 too. All with stock clock.
But at least much better than stock ROM with 1300.

It would be good to compile these results into a list.
But, everyone should at least have the same CPU clock speeds to ensure a degree of fairness.

Check this - Results from CF Bench. Quadrant goes crazy, CF Bench is really stable.

android revolution hd

Today I flashed my htc with Android Revolution hd 3.0.1
In the about of revolution
CPU up to 1.83 GHz (1.29 GHz by default) - controlled automatically by built it O/C Daemon. How to use O/C Daemon
I installed setcpu but cant overclock max 1188 mhz
And when I install daemon controller it ask for wake min freq, wake max etc.
And no ghz are on it
So how can I overclock it up to 1.89 ghz like in the about is listening
And is there an app to check the currently ghz ?
First of all, do you have a right kernel? You need a kernel that supports overclock and underclock
Swyped from my HTC Sensation
Aha I thought it has already included which kernel you recommend ?
And is it good to overclock it ?
Thnx for helping

I'm using the stock kernel because I don't see a reason in overclocking. So I can't recommend anything. Unity kernels have an issue with high battery drain. If you don't really need overclocking, then I would wait. And btw, overclocking only works on one core. There is a thread about it in development forum
Swyped from my HTC Sensation
Here are the kernels for your ROM

Aha then much better to wait for an custom rom that includes the 2 core overclocked
Do you know an app to check the mhz of the cores and if both cores are working ?

[Q] Looking For a fast kernal for Sense UI rom

With CM7 or MIUI i use V8 and my quadrant score hit up to 2300-2450 on CM7 and MIUI i managed to get 2697 on first shot with V8.
Is there a kernal for Sense roms that i could use on MikG or Supreme sense that could get my quadrant score higher than 1300-1500?
There's not any kernels for Gingerbread Sense until htc releases the source code. You would have to roll back to a froyo Sense ROM to overclock Sense.

CM7 + ScaryKernel Stable @ 1.9ghz, i hit 4200+ (Antutu)

[Q] Custom 2.3.4 Kernel That Runs At 1.2 Ghz?

is there any kernel that has the 3d fix that only runs at 1.2 ? i have issues runnign 1.5 so i tihnk stok is best, especially 4 battery
You can underclock most custom kernels to run at 1.2. If you are running a custom Rom that is overclocked, usually the Dev posts how to get it down to stock. ARHD 3.6.1 is a good example.

Kernels on 6.3.0 ARHD - 3.30 base

Hi people!
Can you tell me currently which kernels are compatible with the above mentioned ROM?
Or at this time the stock one is working properly (at least i read it that way somewhere in the threads).
ICS 4.03 / Sense 3.6
Thank you.
I used stock htc kernel and now im on SebastianFM 1.5 Ghz kernel, both are working prefectly, and normal battery life too.

Thanks for the response, BTW, are you using this one:
Android 4.0.3 Sense 3.6 (3.25.401.101) based ROMs
1.512 GHz OC/UV kernel 3.0.16-g5e58c5e v1.01 for HTC Sensation ?
EDIT - Works!!!

[Q] htc sensation overclock

hello guys,
i can't figure out how to actually overclock my htc sensation. i installed SetCPU but it does not go further then 1,2 ghz. How do i set a higher CPU speed?
i rooted my htc sensation(regular version). i first did s-off with Juopunutbear and later i installed clockworkmod. I installed the custom rom Revolution Hd,
the special version for the htc sensation. I read on the internet that the speed would be set to 1,5Ghz as a standard but with mine it isnt:/.

depends of what kernel you installed when you were installing the rom.. if you installed stock kernel you can't overclock you have to flash custom kernel than you can overclock the up to 1,8 ghz ( some phones can take the 1,8 ghz others don't) i'm now overlocked to 1,7 ghz
