Does anyone know where to get the original matt finish twin packs of att screen protectors? They seem to be sold out at any att stores around here and online they only have the expensive $25 ones.
I need a couple packs of them. They were $15 for a pack of two. One of us has one installed, the other was removed and may be able to be reused, but there are 3 other infuses getting left out. None of use enjoy the shiny glare crap i ordered from china. And they dont fit very well either.
I would be open to ordering from hongkong or china if they are cut perfect, but they always seem to be cut like crap when i get them from china.
and there isnt much on ebay for matt finish, anitglare. And no, im not spending $100 on 4 of them expensive ones at att
I bought mine from the local att store, I know you can get them off the Att website, but they are expensive. I havent seen them anywhere else. Might found out when your local store will have some in stock.
Why not spend the money? If the cheap screen protectors fail that quickly that you're already replacing them, then you're going to spend more money on them in the long run.
I'm still using the Moshi screen protector purchased when I first bought the device.
plus if you have 5 Samsung InFuse you must of paid good money for them if so then it worth spending the extra $$$ for a good Screen Protector and Case for it
I'm not replacing att screen protectors. I'm replacing crappy shiny China screen protectors. One phone has the att screen protector on it and we all want to switch to them because we like them. I have one more but its been put on and taken off. I kept it for a spare. Besides, they came in packs of 2 for $15 and I need 2 packs. Just can't find them anymore at att store :-(

I'm not sure but try daydeal.com I know the case I bought from there was a t-mobile accessory but a lot cheaper then t-mobile charges
My local store didn't have any out yet. I know youtube has two videos of a guy showing what cases will be available on launch day. 2 blue or purple hard cases and one clear case with a kick stand.
I was able to find a local t-mobile in Pembroke Pines, FL that had pretty much everything (t-mobile branded, including the BodyGlove case, anti-smudge screen protectors, etc) in stock.
The first store I tried (Hollywood FL) had squat, Radio Shack had no clue when they would be getting the phone (despite supposed availability tomorrow Oct 3 and the huge G2 sign in the store.)
So it's hit or miss, probably comes down to employees being unaware of the box in the back of the store. Maybe best to ask for a manager if you need a quick fix.

My local store in Huntsville, AL has a pretty good selection of accessories, including a hard case with a removable belt clip that doubles as a kickstand, and screen protectors with anti-smear. They are having a sale where you can get 20% off if you buy 2 accessories or 30% off each if you buy 3 accessories. That's basically enough to cancel out the ridiculously high prices, but I am a fan of instant gratification.
After using the phone for a while in the "black gel" oem case though, it really doesn't feel as good in your hand as it does with just the naked phone. My G2 will be going naked pretty often, I think.
Ok so all my T-Mobile store is selling is 1 Black gel skin, 1 Purple rubbery like gel skin(alot harder than the gel but still flexable), Black Body Glove and Screen Protectors. I have noiced that the Body Glove makes it hard to hit the top row of keys on the G2 so thats why im using just a screen protector and my old G1 sleeve =)
We have about 7 different cases at my store plus the screen protectors. I will take a picture of each tomorrow and post them for you guys.
2 Body glove cases (one skin like weird material and one normal body glove with changeable clip.
Blue and black combo
Purple and black combo
Clear (with kickstand)
Black gel skin
I think there was another but when I was receiving them there was just so much stuff I tried most of em. The best was the body glove skin like one.
my local store had the screen protectors on Friday and they had JUST come in and they hadn't even had time to put them out yet. i had to ask for them and they were behind the desk.
i didnt bother looking to buy anything else since I know the prices are outrageous. I refuse to pay $30 for a car charger I can get online for $6 shipped.
I picked up a case and a couple of micro-usb cables today. They had screen protectors, a couple of different cases, a crappy car/wall charger and micro-usb cables.
The screen protectors that they used to sell for the G1 were crap, not nearly as good as the thing that came with the phone. I suspect the G2 is the same, so I trimmed the little tab and a little off of the bottom of the one that was on the phone and left it on. I suspect it'll work fine for quite a while. Especially now that I have a case. The case seems to be much slimmer and better fitting that the covers for the G1s.
Actully the screen protectors are rather awesome. Make swype super easy. Not even close to they crappy ones for the G1 / mytouch lol. Ill admit those were pretty bad haha I would have kept the stock one but it fell off the first time I put it in my pocket =(

yea the screen protector feels nice no fingerprints but does your's make the screen fuzzy?
Ya they add a slight grainy look don't they? I guess that's the anti smudge thing but I'm ok with it.

Yea not as bad as the stealthguards I had before. Imagine this graininess times 100 thats stealth guards.

Anyone else have any info on the body glove I'm thinking of picking one up later on today. Are the screen protectors at T-Mobile covering the whole screen or just the LCD part? Does it cover the home, back, etc....

Hey everyone, I just want to let you all know that I printed the following coupon off of the T-Mobile Facebook page: http://blog.t-mobile.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/07/50-Percent-Coupon-Example-9f.pdf, and went to T-Mobile to buy a temp screen protector for my new Sensation. The agent told me that they have a special where if you buy two accessories and you get 20% off both of them. So I picked up the rubberized case as well. When I went up to the register, I asked if I could ues the 50% off coupon as along side the store discount, and she said that she will ring it up, and if the system allows it, then she will apply it. And it worked! The screen protector was $15 and the case was $17. I walked out of the store and only paid $15.
I know the coupon says "Not to be used with any other offer", but it doesnt mean that it can't. Just an fyi...

DONT buy the body glove hard case with the clip, it is damaging peoples back cover plate. I contacted body glove and they are sending me a new one. I will start a thread soon.

the newer body glove hard case's are already out...I picked one up at the Tmob store 2 weeks ago. No issues with it...check sku #here
Yeah, the T-Mobile sp's suck! I just needed a temporary screen protector while I wait for Realook to release their protector for the Sensation.

Buy the Mhl half off and ill give u the money for it via PayPal. You can sale it to me in the marketplace. No tmobile store in my area have the Mhl cable.

My bad, I actually used the coupon that was emailed to me via T-Mobile Scoop. It does say that bluetooth accessories are not included on the promo. Oh well, I'm not a bluetooth douche anyhow, so I wont be picking one of those up anythime soon.

Wow. You have the best keyboard ever sold on a cell phone and you still can't use proper English. C'mon. It doesn't make you look cool, it just makes you hard to understand.
Anyway, I just wanted to say that I got tired of scraping up my cell phones, so when I bought my sidekick I decided to dedicate a pocket to it. Before my phones would have to rattle around with my keys and a screwdriver and stuff. It's been a month and a half since I got the Sidekick and it still looks like new.
I have tried screen protectors on the Droid1, Droid2, and the Samsung Intercept.
I have removed them every time, as fumbling around and missing swipes, scrolls and tapping things multiple times like an iPhone "user" is not efficient enough for me.
I use belt clips (face-in style) and don't throw these devices in my pocket so I have never scratched one yet.
I have never bothered with a protector on this Sidekick because of all the issues I had with the other phones and their use.
Insurance: 2 years for $99 @ Trade Square sounds pretty good compared to T-Mobile's plan (although TS does not cover lost/stolen, but I have NEVER lost a phone, nor had one stolen). Making the switch soon...

I've never used a screen protector myself, just a slipcover (from my original G1) on every phone I've had. Never had a problem.
I got my SK from eBay for $217 + $15 S&H myself - a smokin deal, still with box and everything.

Great deal! I got mine 2 days back for 279$ + 5$ S&H.
I have found a craigslist post in my area saying there letting go there phone for $250. In the post they continue to say that only the screen is cracked. A picture they posted shows the phone on with cracks on the screen.
I have emailed them and they replied that if it doesn't sale they will just repair it, because it only cost $18 (this concerns me, why not just repair on such an expensive phone)
My questions: is it worth it?? Also what questions do you think I should ask? And if I meet them in person what should I look for?

My friend cracked the glass on his and the screen won't even turn on. I called the phone and it rang but the screen wouldn't light up and the digitizer wouldn't register touches. So I'd stay away.
I have seen replacement screens on eBay for $20 or so, but I believe that the digitizers are glued to the screen.
If you can't cleanly separate the two, you're probably in for the cost of a replacement combo ... about $200.
Still cheaper than a new one outright ...

It's really up to you whether it's worth it or not. If you're up for the challenge of replacing the screen (or if you think you can live with the crack, you didn't mention how bad it is) then go for it. If not, I'd probably stay away as this doesn't exactly seem like an easy fix.
Try lowering his price to 200$ then send it in to Samsung they will charge about 190$ to replace it. The digitizer is glued to glass and u won't be able to separate and put on new glass.

It may not be broken but its all one unit.. my guess is they already know this or they would have gotten it fixed themselves
Replacement screens are about 18-20 but replacing them is very difficult because of the adhesive that bonds them... Dont't buy it.. you would have to buy a new bezel with the screen and digitizer attatched to it. about 200-250 itself..A shop around me does it but they said it would be 300 plus labor..
If you can get it at a decent price and can replace the screen cheaply then i would say go for it.

Where did u get that quote I have a broken gs3 and best option is Samsung 180 shipped and returned. OP did the phone need bezel replaced? Here is my damaged phone not one scratch on bezel landed perfectly flat and the SGP case doesn't offer much protection over the screen its almost flush. If it was under or roughly 160-180 plus 180 screen replacement sub 400 gs3 good price.

I agree, it looks kind of cheap looking for $13 price tag. I hope Google gets off its ass and start making these Bumpers available. They also need to start contacting companies to get some cases on the market. If they are going to keep running out of Bumpers and we have very limited options, they BETTER expect lots of cracked Nexus 4's coming back to their replacement warehouse. There is no reason for a company like this to have such a poor E-Commerce practice. It's absolutely ridiculous.

I haven't gotten the clear case I ordered yet from them, but I can vouch for their customer service.
I preordered the clear case and received a package from them late last week. It had an S case in it.
The clear cases have taken a little longer to manufacture, so they sent me a free S case to make sure my phone is protected until the clear case is in stock.
Note: I ordered the clear case, not the smoked clear. Looks like they took the clear option off of Amazon temporarily.

I have their S- line type case on my nexus 4 right now, I know it isn't the same case, but very similar. TBO it looks like the same one that is selling on Ebay from China for less.
I considered buying one off Ebay, but glad I didn't because they sent me a black case when I ordered a clear one. I messaged them and they are sending me the clear one I ordered free of charge. I know it is rare to have an issue like I did, but it is nice to know they have good customer
service.

Got mine yesterday. I like it but it peels up the corners of my Xtremeguard protector. I'm gonna try a thinner protector with it.
