This is a mod i picked up from here :
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1174202&page=38
and this is what it looks like:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",

"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
Now for those of us that are not very good with xml files, modding them can be a pain.
Now to make things easier I have modded the xml in the attached zip. To get the clock in the centre this is what you need to do:
1.copy your systemUI.apk to your pc
2.open the apk with 7.zip
3.while in 7zip go to res/layout
4.unzip the attached file and drag and drop the status bar file into the folder and overwrite the one there
5.now close the zip
6.copy it back to your phone
7.back up your original systemUI.apk
8.copy your modded systemUI.apk into system/app
reboot
now your clock should be in the middle
*try this at your own risk I have only tried this on a GB rom*
try it, like it ..... hit thanks
(as some of you know I have moved to a SGS, this mod should work on the x10 as well so I thought I would post it here. If this doesnt work on x10 can someone message me and I will remove the contents of the post)
File attached to this post
Hi, thanks! one question though, is the clock position dynamic? what if I have a lot of notifications?

Nice one Chiefy, i will try later when i get time and post back.
I posted in the other thread regarding clock, I will quote the same thing here as I found only two posts like this in search..lol
I have been trying to find a way to remove the clock from status bar and found your article. Can you post screenshots and highlight what exactly we need to change?
I am more interested in just deleting the clock as I don't like 20 clocks on my phone..lol
Thanks in advance
I think this is the line where I need to put maybe Visible="false"?
<com.android.systemui.statusbar.Clock android:textAppearance="@android:style/TextAppearance.StatusBar.Icon" android:gravity="center" androidaddingLeft="132.0dip" android:layout_width="wrap_content" android:layout_height="fill_parent" android:singleLine="true" />
can u pls send me the wallpaper in the screenshot
Is the font of the clock will be Comic Sans MS? like the one in the screenshot? or issit possible to change the font of the clock?

As long as you are just changing icons and not editing the xml..... it is quite simple.
What you will need:
Winrar or 7Zip
Photo Editing software - Paint.net, Photoshop, Gimp, etc....
1. Copy the APK file to your PC
2. Extract the APK file to a sub folder with the name of the apk file (makes it less confusing)
3. look through the res/drawable-xxx folders for icons, (turn on large tiles so you can see them)
4. Open the icons in the photo editing software and change to your liking. (it's good to have the app up on the phone to look at for reference of where things are)
5. Once you have them all changed, open the APK file and push the icons into the respective folders within the APK file.
6. Push to the correct directory on your phone, or add it to a CWM ZIP and flash away.
That's pretty much it.
good work mate

You'll also need system\app\SystemUI.apk to mod a lot of the status bar icons.

there's a reason why the app name of SystemUI.apk is Status Bar 2.3.3 [in the case of Wolf's Rom].
This can be done very easy.
Please anybody change the status bar icons only like battery icon, etc.
Thanks[/QUOTE]

Hi everybody!
Just wanted to share a mod that will change the stock lock screen to a different style.
Not sure if this is an earlier lock screen or just something LG didn't finish developing.
First off you need root access.
Using a root explorer navigate to your build.prop file located in the system folder. Find and edit this line:
user.feature.lock_sui=true
To:
user.feature.lock_andy=true
Reboot and that's it! I like it a lot more than the old one.
Here's a screenshot.

"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
Only bug I've seen is some overlapping text while charging with additional messages on the screen, like voicemail and texts.

I have the ICS theme installed, this :http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1467715

you dont have to install them, copy to system and change permissions. If not sure about what permissions then check it for some other system app and then do same for newly copied app as well.
Edit- Seems like I am bit late, follow what prajjwal said
Since I own a GS4 also now, thought will copy over my thread from HTC One forum as well.
The screenshots are for HTC One but are enough to show the font type. (May change later)
If this helped you, dont forget to Thanks :good:
Since we dont have a stable recovery yet, you can just use a File Explorer (with root capability) and copy over all ttf files from the zip to /system/fonts (Keep a backup if you want) and Reboot !!
