i want to make a custom rom on my desire hd and now i have to downgrade my smartphone but windows cmd ever tells me "error:device not found" what can i do?
sry for my english and im new in android (get it tody it´s my bday)

Hi all. I have htc sensation with android 2.3.4, unlocked and S-on. When i try to install Android Revolution HD 6.6.7 through CWM 5.8 it shows error. i am not able to install Android Revolution HD 6.6.7. please help.
I had that problem before with one of my ZIPs that I was installing through CWM
Open up the zip on your computer please and tell me how it's structured inside.

Please state the exact error.
Also Theonew is right, posting what the error is exactly will help just be a little bit more specific.
Ok so first off I'm a complete noob. Just need to make that clear.
I want to root my HTC Desire S so it is able to read Arabic. So for, the internet has let me down... There isn't one rooting tool that works, and that's either due to a missing file ("AdbWinApi.dll"), or something to do with the HBOOT version (2.00.0002).
This is just one big shout for help

Am using a HTC desire 620g running on 4.4.2 KitKat version of android.I want to root and also install cyanogenmod 12 in my HTC desire 620g.I need the right path and stapes to do it ..please help me out to solve this problem, em getting tired to do Google again nd again.

I have rooted this htc desire 510 (android 4.4.3)which I now detest. I have tested for roottedness so that is ok but as I understand it I have to get root browser and get to system- media and then I will see bootanimation.zip actually I didn't. I also wanted to see the folder sounds and then inside this a file called PowerOn.mps which I also didn't see. I am fed up and frankly I would like to throw this horrible phone at someone I loathe. Please help.

Hi guys, I have HTC 816h (EMI - 356165060057487) android mobile (i know bad chose ) run on android 4.4.2. I need to upgrade to lollipop or marshmallow.... i tried every rom even HTC 816 and 816G as well... but no luck:confused anybody know a rom support my phone please HELP.... thank you..
