stuck in clockwork mod boot loop

hi, I installed cwm using rom manager and now im stuck in a loop where I cant get out of cwm.
I have tried downloading 'exitrecovery.zip' but cant flash it as cwm recognises my internal storage as the sdcard and I cant get into /removable/sdcard using cwm.
does anyone know how I can sort this? I have a cwm backup so im happy to wipe the system somehow.
any help is appreciated. thanks
if you have a nAndroid backup just restore it with cwm!

Tab won't BOOT stuck on splash screen

(SOLVED) I flashed the CWM tar file via Odin and wiped cache and davlik...booted up normal.
HELP!
I recently bought a GT-p6800 to use as a phone option. I wanted to root the ROM so I applied the universal root for ICS method and the device was rooted without any issue.
Here is where my problem exists
I wanted to backup the stock rooted ROM so I used GOOMANAGER to flash TWRP 3.4.0.0 on the device through the use of the GOO app. The process seemed to work according to the app.
When I rebooted into recovery, the tablet stuck on the splash screen logo Samsung galaxy tab 7.7. NOW I am unable to get the tablet to BOOT or get to a recovery. HOWEVER I am able to get into the download mode.
My thoughts are that I could recover the STOCK recovery by flashing it via ODIN?
Any thoughts that could help. I am posting here rather than trying something unnecessary.
Thanks in advance.
This exact same thing just happened to me. Haven't used odin before. Can you tell me exactly how you restored your tab? I sourced the CWM TAR file.
Thanks in advance!

[Q]- Help! Odin "passed" but phone will not boot up completely!

Hi guys,
I have run into a problem when trying to revert my phone back to stock using odin. Here is the backstory. I was rooted running CM 10.2. Decided to try a 4.3 ROM. Flashed the new ROM successfully but noticed it was really janky when I was setting it up (clean install) and decided to flash my backup of CM 10.2. When flashing the backup, the flash only partially completed and booted into a non-functional version of my 10.2 ROM.
At this point I decided to use Odin and go back to completely stock. Ive used this a few months ago and it worked successfully. I used a tar.md5 of VRBLK3. Odin says "passed!" but when the phone tries to boot up, it gets to the verizon 4G animation and sits there cycling through that animation indefinitely.
I'm at a loss as to what to try next. Ive tried re-doing the odin flash with the same results. Thanks for any help!
Edit: Ive tried booting into the recovery and doing factory rest/wipe cache partition with no luck
Edit: Tried booted into recovery and it worked! I think im good from here.
Clear Cache
I had something similar happen several months ago. I believe the solution for me was to boot into recovery and clear out the cache.

If you didn't get it fixed, pull battery, boot into recovery and factory reset. This will clear data and cache from previous installed ROM. Odin doesn't do this for you.

[Completed] How to un-soft brick my Verizon S5

I was recently flashing a rom on my rooted Verizon S5 via Safestrap on one ROM slot. I flashed the rom then downloaded the 0A8 kernel. Upon bootup, the phone was stuck on a boot loop, but I can get into recovery and download mode. I have already tried to factory reset the phone via recovery and I have also tried to put on the stock kernel again. Both were unable to resolve the issue. I have a fulll nandroid backup so wiping anything would not be an issue, but is there any way to solve this problem?
Also, when the phone boots up, it stays on the S5 boot screen and you will hear the boot sound but it will remain at that screen for an infinite amount of time. Can anyone help?
Thanks

[Q] Installed SafeStrap and Liquidsmooth, now stuck in loop

I successfully installed SafeStrap and flashed the Liquidsmooth ROM. It came up and booted once, but I could not login as the password I had set for the phone all of a sudden didn't work.
I restarted it again, tried again, no luck.
I then got it into download mode, ran Odin3, tried to flash the s3vzw_4.4.2.tar file, said it was successful, but is stuck at the Liquidsmooth boot screen.
Booted into recovery, tried to do a factory wipe, it was unsuccessful.
So . . . I am stuck with it at the boot screen.
Am I screwed now? Or is there a way to get it back?
Any and all help is appreciated.
UPDATE -- I was able to format Data and I seemed to have gained some traction. From there I wiped the cache as well and loaded the ROM again and it boots.
I'm actually trying to figure out how I can load an older factory ROM.

You can't flash any custom roms with the 4.4.2 NE1 bootloader, your currently soft bricked because of it
