[Q] Should i buy Htc Desire OR Samsung Galaxy S

Hi,
this is my first post / i m a newbie to android
i had nokia 5800 XM

should i buy Htc desire??
i was going to buy desire but then my frnd brought Galaxy S
he said its awesome
i live in India and both galaxy s and desire r having same price
the things i need in my android phone r
a good camera
highly customizable
should have good music player
it should not break into pieces if i drop it down

one more thing somebody told me that in android phones u cannot install application and games in sd card
i m new to android i don't know anything so just clarifying my doubt

Hello pro guys...I am new to android. I am planning to take a new phone. My budget is 13000 INR (280 $) maximum. Which is the best phone for this price...... Some of the phones I sort out are sony xperia x8, xperia x10mini, samsung 551, samsung i5700, i7500.... Are they good??? Which one you guys suggest???
I am planning to install shell 3d in it. Is it possible to upgrade the os to latest version in all of this phone? Will games run smoothly?
Please help me choose the best for my budget guys......

I would suggest the Samsung Galaxy Ace or if you want a better smartphone, go for the motorola defy!

escrivel tks 4 your fast replay....I inquired about these phone but all of them are costing above 13000...Ace comes about 14500 and defy around 18000 I want a phone below 13000.....

Maybe look for a lightly used phone- something that will last you for a while

If you can find a deal go with the Samsung Vibrant, I got 2 of them for 99 bucks and could not be happier

[Q] Help me choose.. please

Hi,
I am having a very hard time choosing between these three phones:
Samsung I9100 Galaxy S II
Sony Ericsson XPERIA Arc
LG Optimus 3D P920
I am not very good at the techinecal part of the mobile phones, so please help me choose from the three above.
My priroity in a phone is good camera, music & a good battery life.
Any help would be appreciated.

My personal preference would be the galaxy s2. It has great hardware and touchwiz 4.0 seems awesome.

Ya. I'd choose Galaxy S II aswell.

Galaxy S II beat both on the 4g speed, RAM, internal memory, design and the size and beat the arc with the front camera and the LG on both cameras. smart choice will be SGS2

I would have to agree and say the Galaxy S2 would be a no-brainer for me

dont need to list all the names of the phones but that would be cool! if you want include past phones, who cares what operating system it runs, android,iOS, windows or even Symbian, maybe even include the operating version or Current ROM for it! (android 4.0, Windows 6.5 ETC....) a picture of them piled on each other would be cool too! plans on doing that in the future.

I usually sell my old devices. I do have an iPod touch as a backup (I rarely make calls anyways). Even though I hate iOS and Apple it is nice to be up to date on what is going on with that platform, oh and sadly my iPod touch has a better camera than my S3 It's hard to believe but after many tests it's true at least in low light.
