The thing that work on 2,3 and 7 will they work on NextBook 6?
Will there be a way to put Android 3.0 or a version higher then the stock which is 2.1?

My advice, just stick with that one. My battery life shortened, mirrorshare doesn't work as it used to do anymore and gps is very bad. I'm from Europe and has C432B571 installed (Android 6).
