I've synced my google calendar but it has only synced one of the four calendars on my Google account. Does anybody know how to make the HTC app sync the other calendars?
If nobody can help, could somebody provide me with the Google calendar APK for our phone so I can use that instead of the HTC calendar.

HTC shows what GOOGLE syncs, if i'm correct. Easiest fix for me was to export calendar which is not visible, delete it, create new one, import stuff you exported. Worked for me.

I can find all shared calendars (Dutch version mijn agena's) but not the other calendars (Dutch andere agenda's). On calendar.google.com they do show up and also on my HTC Hero, but on the sensation I can't see them at all!
Also it seems I can't add new calendars, where this was no problem on my Hero. Is it me, or can't I find the right place where it should be.

I had same problem. Yesterday downloaded 'business calendar' from market, it works. And magical thing is native phone calendar also start working. Then I just uninstalled business calendar.
I guess there is bug here. Hope this can helps.

Like the title says ...my contact photos from my google account keep getting replaced with the linked Facebook photos after syncing...is there a way to stop this?

same question here.
i have disabled facebook syncing from accounts (after linking my contacts) but still the pictures get updated once they are changed on facebook
remove the Facebook account from "Settings > Accounts & Sync" ?
Yes, remove facebook accounts from accounts and sync then restart phone. Check your contacts again if it still has the facebook photos of your contacts. You can add the facebook to your sync account after the problem corrects itself.
What I did is some work but I went manually into each contact that Facebook changed and choose "edit". Touch the picture on the top left corner and choose the Google account for picture source then save changes. I'm sure it changed all of Facebook contacts but I cared about only 6, who are in my Favorites...

The phone replaces Google contact pictures with Facebook ones when you make a certain change in "People". It also replaces Phone pictures with Google or Facebook ones. I'm not sure it does this when ANY change is made to People, or just a certain one (like changing an unrelated contact picture).
It's an annoying bug… I doubt it can be fixed properly :\
Thanks for your replies, deleting the Facebook account in Account & Sync doesnt work as when u run Facebook it asks you for your login info & then just recreates the account...Changing the pictures manually back to google photos works until a resync happens then they get replaced with google ones again...

This method works... as I had the same problem, the only problem is it takes time, if you have lots of contacts.

Hi everybody.
First of all, my device is running Sensay XE35.
So let me explain my problem : i try to configure an email address via sense app and I would like to get it working with push. So I choose exchange activsync, I configure it, tap next, it begins to sync but when it's gonna finish then I have a notification which tell me that it fails "error of identification by server". I try several things and did several search but no luck
Hope you could help me to resolve this.

I'm talking about activesync in the HTC Sense mail app : it should work with Gmail.

Why don't you use the gmail app? And when you add a new account you're selecting exchange activesync?

because, first, i have 2 accounts so i would like to use just one app instead of 2 :/ and i prefer Sense app
Yes i choose activesync of course :/ i write my gmail address, my password, then next.
I also tried to configurate it manually many times but no luck always this error while doing first sync
i'm using the HTC Sense mail app as well for gmail. i have mine configured using exchange: username =gmail email address, password=gmail password and server address=m.google.com.

I think that is only for Microsoft exchange and that is why it isn't working
You want to.go.to settings > accounts and sync > add account and then choose mail and try it that way

Hi all, I've just moved from ViperS sense 4 ROM which had an option under the offical Facebook app to sync contact pictures with only the contacts I had stored on my phone (no importing all my Facebook to my phone book) but now I'm on TouchCream AOKP ROM and that option is longer in the Facebook app. I downloaded an app from PlayStore but it's imported all my contacts from Facebook and hasn't put the pictures on the contacts that are in my phone book only the one's it's imported from Facebook.
Any help would be appreciated.
I used haxsync from the play store and it just synced the photos to my existing contacts. I'm using cm9.

boot into recovery and wipe cache/dalvik, then go to mounts/storage>mount data>install from SD>install file attached. you might have to remove your FB account first for it to sync, do it anyway just to be sure lol...otherwise just use HaxSync

Try to install haxSync application, Go to your settings and under Accounts add your Facebook account using this app. I was also looking for application that will add all my friends with phone numbers to my contact list, but i guess i will have to program by myself

I believe that functionality was remove in stock Jellybean, but as was stated haxSync should work.

Good luck with programming it yourself ;P The Facebook API just doesn't expose phone numbers, so the only thing you could do is scrape Facebook's html, which is shady at best and illegal at worst. If it wasn't that way, I'd have included phone number sync in HaxSync a long time ago
