there's 3 versions of shadow guadian on the gameloft website, none of which are 3D.

You have to go tobthe 3d zone. Im in US but i have it set to UK or something

Has anyone noticed that almost no new hd games are compatible with the sensation? For example, when I go try to find the asphalt 6 apk file multiple sites say it is incompatible with the sensation. Also, how do I download.apk files in the default browser instead of html files?

change the .html to .apk after you download and then install
I can tell you that Asphalt 6 is looking VERY nice on this phone

Asphalt 6 and Rainbow 6 look very nice on my device. Still can't get Fruit Ninja to play correctly. I believe it's a resolution issue though

Modern Combat 2 looks amazing on the display btw
Buy the games that are supported for this phone and they will work fine. they have eight so far thats for the sensation , If you bought games for a different device in the past they will sent you a link to download them for your current device and if they don't have a certain game you can get something else our wait
wait so the reason therent arent that many hd games out for the sensation is because it just recently came out right? not because it is not powerful enough
I have an SGS currently but getting a Sensation in the next day or two. I have bought a ton of Gameloft games, will I be able to run these or need to contact Gameloft to get new APKs? Or do I need to pirate games that I own?

i went to the download section and it showed me the games u have bought but wouldnt work. it would download the mytouch 4g version. i sent an email but no response.
i do remember when i had called gameloft the said i can call and get my games on a new phone. that was a while back though so ill try calling again.

correct, because this phone is definitely powerful enough. THe phone comes with a HD game already. NOVA1. It plays great.
If you dont mind asking what version of Modern Combat 2 is for the sensation ?

i just finished calling them and they sent me all of the games i previously bought except the ones that i havent seen in their site though.
edit: the version they sent me is 1.0.1
My problem is that I wasn't sent invoices for all of the games I purchased through their website. I also have been given free games Eternal Legacy and Lets Golf 2 by them because NOVA doesn't work on the SGS Gingerbread firmware.

GT racing is for free on the gameloft website, just click on the "samsung galaxy S2" when they ask for what kind of device you have (I got the game using a download link by SMS) the game works perfectly on my HTC sensation XE with stock rom (much better graphics then asphalt 6 in my opinion)

If you go to 3D apps in the app list and not in the 3D menu you will see one app called 3D Games (Not the one called "3D Games & Apps"), that one takes you to the 3D versions of Gamelofts other games
I think he meant some thing else. Well
As far as I know there are no free stereo 3d games but you can purchase some from the game loft webpage. please read the rules if you meant pirated games.

Didn't some countries get promo deals for free downloads of those games?
99p is a great price. does any one know how i can get redirected to gamelofts 2d games? They have nova2 for 99p but i keep getting redirected to the 3d games.

That's annoying, I bought a game and it didn't show the buy one get one free offer in the 3D section despite showing it elsewhere.

Dammit. Also learned today the versions of ea games you get from the Verizon app store require an active cell or wifi connection. Tried to play Hot Pursuit on a plane in airplane mode today and got denied. If anyone's got a link where the rest of us can download these please share. This is ridiculous Verizon!

Thanks man, it worked even for me based in Dubai. But you need pretty fast net connection to use it efficiently. You get lego batman full version free as well. Tried split second as well. Most of other games i tried require controller or kb input so i hope someone can come up with a way to hook up 360 controller to it as i have 5 controllers in home.
Works great on my xperia play and notion ink Adam tablet, does not work on my lg-p925g. Not compatible. Oh well. You win some you lose some.

it needs a minimum of 2.5mbit downstream while the game is running and minimum of 1mbit while the cutscenes and stuff are going on...since im on 10mbit connection no lag streaming wise but iam from india so the server is far away iam having response lag...wish they implement server in many regions.
Hope it will be in Germany available soon..

Getting this game is actually very easy...
You just go to the gameloft website, select game, click the option to purchase it...then do so, and voila, you now have the game.
