1. Settings menu.. Font is white (want it grey) but if I scroll it off the page and bring it back, it's black. It should stay gray always (once I make it grey).
2. Longpress on homescreen, this menu (and others on the system) are grey background with black text. I'd like black background with grey text.
3. Hit the power button.... this menu is grey background with white text. Id like black background with grey text.
4. After longpressing on the homescreen, if I choose say, Andoid Widgets, that screen is grey with white text. It also has the mysterious changing font color to black issue like #1 does.
Where are those menu's? Ive edit a bunch of stuff but none seem to be the right one.
Just as a sidenote, I am specifically looking for the xmls that control these. The backgrounds were white before I went messing with them so I know my image edits changed that. However, the images are set how they need to be. So, I need to find the xml's so I can point those 4 specific items to something else.

I'm wondering, is there an option somewhere to make WM 6 or 6.1 do a "shadow text" effect on text on the home screen? I have a nice home screen image, mostly dark but with a few lighter colored spots. The text on my phone is white so in the light colored spots, it's hard to see. I could set it to black, but then it's hard to see it in the dark areas.
I know Facade has this, but I kind of like the WM6.1 home screen and would rather just use it w/o Facade.
So.. Anyone know a trick? I searched the net and the board but didn't find much (not that it helped having a search term (shadow) that's also the name of a phone!

My bottom toolbar has stopped having the gradient from whatever theme, and just shows up as a solid pale colour. This started yesterday. My phone ran out of battery and turned off, which is what caused it I'm guessing.
I have tried changing themes and soft resetting. If I choose a different theme, the bar will change colour to whatever the WM6 scrollbars/buttons are.
Its really ugly and I can't work out how to fix it. I'd really like to avoid hard resetting though..
If I press a softkey or the SIP button then the gradient appears on only the button pressed momentarily. Check out the attached screenshots.
I'll give this one bump before I resign myself to a hard reset :/

I have a China dual card android phone. I found that the copy and paste icon (long press will come out) are drak grey background color with black font color. How can I change the background color to white?
In every app I run the status bar text (time, battery, signal etc) is white and nicely visible, until I go back to the home screen where it turns black and I cannot read anything anymore.
Stock theme or custom themes all share the same issue
Any ideas? Going crazy
