1- Everything from Sense 3.0 included. Optimized (fonts, resizing) for Desire S (thanks HTC)
2- i don't know. we will see after people flash the rom. i believe new hboot is not needed. but maybe radio update make something better. that is not dangerous like hboot flash

use "internet download manager" software - 20 min from hotfile..

i dont have other choise to upload. i can view download count with hotfile. my bandwith of my site is full.

try again with full wipe and new radio.
full wipe (system, boot, data, cache) and try again.

Download ROM from www.bindroid.com and save to the root of your SD Card
Download BinDroid_EXT4_FULL_WIPE.zip CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD and save to the root of your SD Card
Boot you phone into ClockworkMod Recovery - Turn phone off, switch phone on holding volume down button at the same time
Select "install zip from sdcard"
Select "choose zip from sdcard" and choose BinDroid_EXT4_FULL_WIPE after wipe
Complete the same steps as above but choose your Bindroid_HD_2.3.3_GD_V1.0.zip
Reboot​

nope i got it all straightened out... working like a charm... really liking this. Its very smooth and fast so far....
would like to see the launcher with more icons if thats possible in future but other than that looking forward to what you put out in the future

There is 'but' its way too much work as all apks and widgets need to be resized to fit. It would be rebuilding a whole rom.
Maybe our team MOD could look into it, anything's possible

How to flash BinDroid?
Download ROM from www.bindroid.com and save to the root of your SD Card
Download BinDroid_EXT4_FULL_WIPE.zip CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD and save to the root of your SD Card
Boot you phone into ClockworkMod Recovery - Turn phone off, switch phone on holding volume down button at the same time
Select "install zip from sdcard"
Select "choose zip from sdcard" and choose BinDroid_EXT4_FULL_WIPE after wipe
Complete the same steps as above but choose your Bindroid_DS_2.3.5_GD_V1.0.zip
Reboot​
What Radio is recommended?
Radio 20.44.30.0821U_3821.080024_M is recommended with this Bindroid ROM​

Just read changelog, there you can see we can't edit the new m10 files yet.
So locksceen, navbar and clock are stock for now

Odexed 387mb hboot amarullz data2ext rom Mod
a2sd version is fast enough...but data2xx sense 3.5 versions are not so fast...so i made it odexed to have the system app and framework dalvik cache (odex) (same as in original htc roms) again into system instead of sd-ext...(also 387mb hboot version) this make it a faster again...and for me the first sense 3.5 rom that work good with data2xx scripts
i have made some other things...
-rcmix tweak settings is in
-fix for auto rotate
-resized calculator
-camera with no fc
-patched sqlite to give a bit more speed
-other htc listen apk (for beats)
-bliss fusion apk (to get the real bliss htc quicklaunch widget work, the one from the runny roms is slow and switch the time not good)
-bliss htc quicklaunchwidget
-this means - you must change to bliss rosie in rc tweak (or rosie/launcher buttons look not good)

I am your biggest fan,cos i wlove ur rom.I was using ur 2.0 but i was deleted due to the confusin but now i see no problem.thanks very much for this rom.but i don't why beats audio does not work in the version ¡,i think u would have to do something about it or just remove from the rom.thank pvteam for thier good rom

ehm to fix beats audio , i downloaded sebaastians rom with version 3.6 , and take the htclisten.apk from there and put it in the rom and beats will work..... simple solution : )

A: That is an App called: Launch-X Pro​

They can be installed, but will break my skin on many places
