Netflix

Anyone having trouble connecting to the Netflix App today? Mine keeps telling me to check my connection, date and time....It worked fine yesterday. Also, the app seems to be missing from the market? I was looking for it to uninstall and reinstall , but it wasn't there...

I can't the netflix app in the market either. CM7 here.

It may have to do with Netflix working on their Gingerbread problem. That is why they pulled the app from the Market.

Mine's working just fine. Wifi or 3g

Uninstall your curent version. wipe cashe+dalvic
and install this

This is the version that a handy dev here modified to support landscape. I don't know about the market version, but this is working perfectly for me on CM7.

Tried using the one from the link, but its an old version and says I need to update before using it

Thanks. Will try. Yeah, the netflix I've been using, I got off xda a while back, and it just stopped working yesterday. Says 'newer version availale', then goes to market and says 'not found' .
My 5yr old daughter was p1s$ed.

Last time that happened to me, I updated my profile, and it started working.

Is this netflix file confirmed to be working??

Sprint OTA is coming June 20th to fix netflix as well as various other bugs that were found in the gingerbread update.

My phone was rooted and everything worked beautifully. I'm such a noob for taking the OTA.

Is netflix working again on rooted phones?

Just finished seeing Crank 2: High Voltage with no lag, buffer, or anything

download problem

when i try to download a file from filesonic/fileserve and all this sites , its only download a 8 bytes size file and not the full size, i try to download firefox/skyfire/dolphin for pad , all the same
the tf on 3.2 version and b60 model

i have the same problem when using the stock browser or dolphin. Opera works ok though.

It sucks, there is any fix out there?

i have the same problem whith the browser, still can't find a pattern. i can download some files from file sharing sites but others will stuck and some of the files i will get download unsuccessful. i'm wondering if it's because the download app instead of the browser.

I have the same prob with my tf101 AND htc desire z. Guess it's something android related. Perhaps some kind of filter on certain kind of files?

There is got to be some fix if so many have this problam

Just tried opera. It solved the prob.

The stock browser is no capable of downloading files from those web hosters, you need to use a sepereate app to maage you downloads...I dont need it on my tranformer because I do not go to those sites, but on my inspire I use mydownloads. Works perfectly for downloading anything.

the app downloads.apk is what will hold your downloads. just use file explorer> downloads. if you have removed that apk, it wont work properly.

All os well and running Prime with the of kernel, works like a charm on slider.

how about a slider bought in japan with a japanese keyboard? can you give a link to the prime rom you installed?

Is it totally stock? I know there have been cases where this happened but those had 3G enabler to get 3G dongle working.

only time mine did that was when i flashed an experemental build of some rom a few months back. Check your build.prop and post what rom/kernal ect

How to get rid of "Device Imcompatible" on Google Play?

I installed a new ROM and when I go to Google Play, certain apps that I had on the stock version aren't compatible with the new ROM.
Is there any way to get rid of this error, so I can update apps that I paid for that are no longer compatible with my ROM?

you can download free apps from play store to your PC by using APK Downloader. then you get your apk file, install it.
of course it can't download paid apps, just because they're NOT free.

I know they aren't free. I pay for mine I just can't update the ones I paid for through the market
