[Q] Problemas com Xt720 - Milestone XT720 General

Hello
I bought my XT720 and watched two serious problems.
First: It restarts at any time. Without doing anything it restarts.
Second: For a few calls he is mute and does not end the call. Just removing the battery and putting it back to back to normal.
Anyone know what can be and how we can solve this problem? Thanks in advance for help. Sorry my bad English.

HI,
Are you sure that new battery will solve the problem? actually have have gone through a couple of blogs and problem solving discussions over internet and they say that even the battery is replaced, the problem still remains. i am still not sure what the problem is
man your English is Excellent , i am from Sweden, happy neighbor
I've heard that's there a problem with some sim, but it seems that it won't happen randomly then. In this case (some new sim from swisscom), the Touch2 won't turns on.

Don't worry,I had this problem for a really long time before I solved it!
This problem has been proven to be battery-related.The only way out is to change the battery.
Do a little search, and you can find the answer!

I had the problem and I logged a problem ticket with HTC Service center at Malaysia..
Subject: HTC Touch2 Self-Power Off intermittently and unable to power on again via the Power button.
Desc: My Touch2 was purchased on 16-Nov 2009. It experiencing intermittent self-power off problem when phone was left ideal for couple of second! Secondly, the phone was intermittent "freeze" when charging with power adapter. For both cases, the phone cannot be turn on via the Power button. Must perform manual Reset to power on the phone each time. I performed FACTORY Reset 5 times already; disabled the Touch2Flo; disabled ALL auto power off.. yet it did not resolve the problem. [ROM Version: 1.28.707.3 (66092); Radio Version: 3.49.25.05; Protocol version: 61.42t.25.31H]
The service center called and they offered to change the motherboard. I had it changed unfortunately the problem still persist. And worst still the touch screen didn't not respone after a while. I sent to fix and waited for another 2weeks, and changed the 2nd motherboard. I'm been using the repaired phone for past 2monts WITHOUT any intermittent power off issue.. YIPPI!
P/s: My batt Serial No: 1GKA299KQQ4912. Part No: 35H0015-11M. The HTC repair report did not mentioned whether they change my batt nor I cannot confirmed whether it was the "-07M". Anyway, I'm glad that my nightmare is over for now
gooddd
Hey good that you fixed it somehow. At the time i was having that turnoff problem thing, i really felt like ****, but after reading your message, i feel better off
I start to hate HTC. %80 o HTC having same problem around
Yeah man...so truee...But after battery replace, it works perfect

[Q] i5800 Heaphone Issue

Hi,
I have been having a problem lately with the headphone port on my phone.I don't use it at all for anything but for some reason, my phone randomly says that there are headphones plugged into my phone. This stops me from being able to hear sounds out of the speaker so i miss phone calls and texts. I also can't hear voices when I phone someone.
I am currently using the latest version of the "CyanogenMod (CM7)" port on my phone. Was wondering if anyone else was having this problem.
Sorry if it has already been posted, I have searched and couldn't find anything.

I have never seen anyone report this problem nor have i had it myself. I think it is a hardware problem so try sticking something in there if you want to experiment yourself or take it to a repair shop.
I have tried that before and it didn't help unfortunately. I did again just to check and it didn't help.
If I re-boot the phone it stops doing it but only for a short time.
I plugged some headphones in after the re-boot and they didn't show.
Maybe there has been something spilt on it and no one told me
Thank you for your help

Try flashing another ROM, preferably a Froyo ROM and see if it works then because it seems the problems stops for a while then appears. Hopefully that works.

Screen problem

Hi,
I bought my sensation three days ago. It was unrooted, the same night I made S-OFF and Root on it. I installed elegancia wiht sense 4. For two days no problem. Yesterday the screen became unmanageable. I activated "Shows touches" (in italian is "Mostra tocchi", I don't know in English) and a lot of touches appeared on the screen, most of all in a line in the right of the screen. Moreover the last line on the right didn't work. After 10 minutes the issue solved itself. Tonight is the same. I noticed the problem is worse while the phone is in charge. But the first time it wasn't in charge, I was surfing the web. I tried installing another rom but it's the same. I don't understand if it's an hardware or a software problem. What can I do?
There's a video in which I hope you can understand my problem. Thanks and sorry for my english.
EDIT: Now I've solved the problem during the charge. The only problem now is the strip on the right of the screen on which the touch doesn't work. Is there someone with the same problem? Is there a way to solve this problem? Thanks.

Whenever unable to solve a problem, in my experience, a installation from scratch almost always seems to fix it.
Good luck my friend.

Please help me with my problem..

Hello all,
Im asking for your help and advice since i looked and searched the problem and didnt find any solution and hope you guys will be able to help..
To make Long story short i updated the other day to the latest jgcaap linos 23rd..
Idk if thats connected but for some unknown reason my phone started to loose cellular internet and got wacky like loosing signal, resetting the network signal, etc.. finally resulting in restarts and bootloops every 5 or 10 minutes.. and when i took out my sim card the opo works ok.. can it be only a faulty SIM or maybe more of significant hardware related? And also how can i get more information on why causing the bootloops and fix the issue?
Sorry for the long message but please help me if you can..
Best Regards,
Ofer Becher
