You may have to check the market and look at what apps your TV currently has the search those same ones in the market.
Well the tv comes with a stock photo app but if you go to it it says no device connected

DLNA - wiki
You'll need a DLNA compliant device (TV, Bluray/DVD Player, PS3, Xbox360). I've never used it so I don't know if the Android has a DLNA server app built in or not. There's one called Twonky you can download, I'm sure there are tons more. Google will be your friend in this search
I've tried it with my Xbox and ps3 and I cab vouch they both work well. I use it with the air twist app wirelessly and get great results.

Anyone know a way to get mediahub movies to play on a tv thru hdmi? Like the dx has that app that allows it.

Um...you should be able to just connect the phone and it works. All I did is connect HDMI to the TV and was able to view everything that was on phone. Video Player, Media Hub, and You Tube HQ looked awesome.
I can see everything on the phone except for media hub content, it says something along the lines of protected content cannot be played but the sound still works. How did you get your phone to work?

I'm interested how you got it to work

I had this get app I downloaded from somewhere called TV Show Stream, it was great I loved it i could watch any tv I wanted with it. It stopped working, server issues. Anyone know a like app for replacement?

I used Droid TV. Only app I've found that will let you download to your phone. There's been a few issues, but I've found that the developers are very friendly and willing to help. When the app was removed from the Market, around when I got my EVO 3D they sent me a new apk file.

hello all, is there any nice and recommended mobile TV app? or what mobile TV app you guys using now on android phone? thanks so much~
I don't think there really are any. Too many licensing issues and all that. If you are in the UK you can access some channels using the official iplayer app but it's limited to wi-fi use.
I don't know if other networks in other countries have something similar but i'm sure they'd all be restricted use too.
Jetflicks is my favorite tv app. They have quite a large selection of shows to watch.

Do we absolutely need to get a 3rd party software to use dlna and hook it up to the ps3?

Media server HD required the adaptor, but is it necessary?

bump!
I'm interested in this too. How to connect to PS3 via DLNA?
Not necessairily
I really miss the DLNA app that came with my Samsung phones. HTC is supposedly DLNA compliant, and has directions here: http://www.htc.com/help/www/howto_iframe.aspx?id=141494&type=1&p_id=438
It's a bit clunky but it will work. I will probably go with UPnPlay myself
I use ArkMC application to get DLNA functionality.
iMediaShare streams video over DLNA to my Samsung LCD.
Use BubbleUPnP
