Don't open infinite thread for the same problem cause it hard to help like this because we lost idea and info in other thread... anyway you tried to install deskclock.apk by rootexplorer or flashing by odin the official firmware i linked you in other thread?

I tried to install with root explorer .. but i don't think that backup app.zip it was from 2.2.1 froyo they said it was from 2.3.3 anyway ..
it give me error when I paste it on system/app

and i'll use the video tutorial from (waqasshahzad1986) "Flashing Samsung Galaxy gio using ODIN"

I am really a noob, a newbie in the android world !
I just bought my new Samsung Galaxy Fit 2.3.4 S5670DDKQ5 a month ago.
I came to know about rooting, when i searched whether i could install Adobe Flash Player for my FIT. Heard about FitDroid and the great developer viswanath patil
Now I want to root my phone ! and get the fitdroid (stable for my device)
I no nothing abt "flashing" "adb shell" etc etc..
I googled a lot and learned abt the advantages and disadvantages of Rooting !
I spent hours in the forum to get a solution bt was confused by the posts by different people (even scared when i heard abt boot loop 'n all that !! )
I also need to know how to create a backup and detailed steps to UNROOT the device. Please please please be kind to me,..

you flash cwm in the downloading mode using ODIN.
afaik, it doesnt ask you for root permissions....
if you wanna use ROM manager, go ahead and brick your phone. :/

odin is a application fr ur pc wich is used fr flashing any rom or cwm(clockworkmod) recovery..
1nce u flash cwm using odin jst insert d root file in ur sd nd boot in cwm nd den flash d root file as per steps wich u hve been provided by us..

Yes you can downgrade you fit frm gb to froyo by downloading a froyo rom and installing it through odin...

If yes, my phone is on GINGERBREAD.DDKP3, So can someone please guide me to the easiest way to Root and then suggest me the best ROMs which i can flash (Hopefully Jellybean if possible).
I know there are many links which are already available, i went though many and totally confused. So requesting you help. Please assist.

U can download the file and flash it via odin . Read the instructions on the thread .
Or u can use BAM kernel -> http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1355675. Flash the universal CF-ROOT from the thread.
After u root it u can download any of the Jellybean or ICS zip files and flash it from recovery.
There are many jellybean roms .
Ports by Lolation are amazing. Supernexus , Jellybam are one the good ones .
