I just Odin'd the stock EH06 version (with the working browser) by crawrj, and I wanted to use the AIO hack. I read that using this stock version (with the scrollable widgets) hack would fulfill the maddoggin mod prerequisite. I performed the following actions:
1. Odin'd stock (with working browser)
2. Rebooted
3. Shut down
4. Entered CWM (latest version - Purple)
5. Flashed this stock mod with scrollable widgets
6. Repeated Steps 2 - 4.
7. Flashed the AIO Hack.
The scrollable widgets work, anyway. After flashing the AIO hack, only WiFi Tether and Overscroll work. No CRT shutoff, no overscroll glow, no rotation lag fix, and no reboot option. The Lockscreen Settings option does appear in the Settings menu, but choosing it results in FC.
Am I doing something wrong? If I'm coming straight off of an Odin, I should need to wipe data, cache, and Dalvik in CWM, right?

You need to have animations enabled for crt. It is in settings. For reboot to work the framework has to be setup for it. I have no idea if the stock with scrollable does. I would think so. I used the clean blue theme and reboot was enabled. The regular stock one had reboot also.

"All Animations" is chosen by default on Stock. CRT should have no problem displaying, but it does not. The core problem has to be when going from the stock mod with scroll to the AIO hack. I'll go to the Clean Blue if I have to, but it would be nice to alter as little of framework as I have to. Plus, I like having the scrollable widgets, and it's tempting fate to overlay multiple mod flashes like that.

Well madogginsstock mod is stock with no mods except the lockscreen mod that's why there's no overscroll glow or crt you would have t jsethe simply blue theme.

Sorry to hear that. You will be missed. The Touch looks nice but I will wait for the quad cores coming in early 2012. (and my full upgrade in May)
So will this work on EG22? Are the systemui's the same? Should I just back up my systemui and try it?

[MOD][LAUNCHER] TouchWiz 4.0 from SGSII [EDT][5.11.2011]

Hello everyone! Here is something new for you all to play with. This is the TouchWiz 4.0 Launcher on the SGSII for KC1 and KD1. THIS WILL ONLY WORK WITH MY DEODEXED BUILDS. Download the respective zip for your build and flash through clockworm mod recovery (you read me right!). The KC1 version CAN be flashed over the lockscreen mod from my other thread.
This is a port of fr4gg0r's modified launcher with customizable options from this thread here - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1061883
KNOWN ISSUES
~ Launcher will FC on reboot
~ All Samsung widgets do not work
Thank you and please enjoy!

Oh, so to install this i would just have to put it in root of sd, then go to flash from sd, choose and flash it? ( do i need to wipe anything?)
Awesome job Whitehawkx!
Flashed with cwm and running fine. I like this version of tw much better. It's less Iphoney--It doesn't have those colored boxes behind the app icons in the app drawer. It also seems to be pretty snappy.
I will probably use this for my main launcher which I am surprised to say about a version of TW...lol. Great job on this!

Download to sdcard and then boot into cwm and look for install zip from sdcard, not the flash update.zip option. U will see your sdcard file layout find the file u downloaded and install. Hope this helps. Also when u reboot hit home and go to preferences and uncheck Landscape. It was causing force close on me everytime.

[MOD][EE4]6/27 Reboot Options Updated!

Here are the power options to go directly into Recovery Mode or Download Mode.
First of all big thanks to thefunkbot & sbrissen for helping me out on this!
This is based off the GummyCharged 1.8.1 framework so flashing this you will have the GB Theme. If you are coming from another theme this will change it.
I have only tested this on GummyCharged with the original PB&J voodoo kernel, but should still work with others.
Files Affected:
android.policy.jar, framework-res.apk, framework.jar
Download the attached zip file and flash in cwm.
**Wipe Dalvik & Cache Partition ONLY**
!!!You do not need to wipe your data!!!
Update 6/27: fixed the signatures missing from the framework.jar & android.policy.jar
Disclaimer: I take no responsibility for anything bad that happens as a result of flashing this
Happy Flashing!
You got it! Awesome job man

Mine did the same thing I had the blue gummycharged theme plus the reboot mod and when I would hold the power button my phone would freeze and not show anything. To uninstall just reflash gummycharged 1.8 and your theme no need to wipe data as the new rom should axe the reboot options...er well it did for me. Anyways hope that helps

Are you using the themes from the tool box?
Because that would replace the framework and changing the edits I have made to a new framework with no dalvik wipe would be the reason why.
Once kejar adds this to gummycharged that won't be an issue

yes, you can merge the files together and it works fine. just make sure the framework.res is properly overwritten. i even merged the theme with the stock rom and it works great.

yes, sorry i haven't fixed the small black on black issues. I haven't quite grasped how to edit xml binary code for android yet, and i'm thinking this text color error is in that...Also trying to learn how to resign apk's so I can start releasing some of those modded files, like my new gmail app.

this theme should in no way alter how your phone functions when pressing power menu buttons, that's still way out of my league just yet, just the way they look. I've flashed this on two phones now no issues like that.

[Hack] [EH17] [DEODEX]AIO MOD Updated 9-19-11

This is an update of the one I did for EH06. This includes a framework.jar, services.jar and settings.apk. The features included are 8 locks, wifi tether, sound, overscroll, reboot, boot to recovery (requires compatible kernel) and rotation lag fix mods.
Thanks to Maddoggin for the 8 locks Mod which includes reboot, boot to recovery and overscroll. Thanks to mkasick and randomking for the volume Mod. Thanks to Chris41G for the rotation lag fix Mod. And last but certainly not least, Thanks to Necrosan for the wifi tether Mod.
YOU MUST HAVE MADDOGGINS MOD INSTALLED BEFORE USING THIS!
Get Moddoggins Mod here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1089073
Flash this zip with clockwork. Make sure you have maddoggins mod installed first.
Don't forget that if your battery is missing after flashing to go to Settings|Lockscreen Settings|Statusbar Settings and check Hide Battery Icon then uncheck it.
I have created a stock version of the Lock Mod, except battery icons which I did the best I could in short time. I have tested it with Deca's zip and the AIO. Haven't found any issues yet. This is the process I used, thanks to ficjay, to get rid of any force closes. All I can say is that it worked for me. Wipe everything 3x as normal and then install Deca's Zip twice in a row without rebooting. Boot it up all the way and go back to CWM. Flash the Lock Mod and boot it all the way up again. Go back to CWM and flash AIO if you desire. I have uploaded a new AIO with the stock icons so download the new one if you want that.
This is only working on Deca's version. If you want the lock mod than use his zip. If you want to use the Odin version you have to flash the AIO without the lock mod until I figure it out.
Stock Lock Mod: This only works with Deca's version unless someone can say they have it working on my Odin version. I could not get it working.

Crt mod is literally changing a line of code from true to false. I just made a stupid mistake when I compiled it as to why it didn't work for me.

Is the reboot mod included in this?

Not yet, that requires a modded framework-res as well.
I'm don't know if this patch is the cause of it, but my phone will no longer charge while it's off. As soon as I plug in, my phone turns on. The LED doesn't turn on either.
Yes, I'm using the stock charger.

AOKPCB Q&A

You know the deal...
I tried using GPS Test to see if gps work, but the GPS is seen as off in the app even though GPS satellites are turned on in settings.
Will this run with the hefe kernal?
For some reason I can not download this rom. Anyone else having this issue?

Tried flashing Beta2 from AOKP three times now and each time, Superuser has been broken. Was thinking I might have messed something up earlier, but validated that Superuser still works fine in other roms.
Also, flashing Beta2 straight leads into a recovery bootloop. To get it to properly flash, I needed to flash AOKP and then immediately flash Beta2 after. Flashing Beta2 onto AOKP... bootloop.
Any information I should pull to help figure out what's going on? Next step for me is going to be flashing Beta1 and seeing if that has working Superuser, and then if updating from Beta1 to Beta2 keeps it alive...
Edit: Beta1 has the same issue. Pure-flash gives recovery bootloop. Flashing AOKPr4 into AOKPCB Beta1 gives broken Superuser.
Did u wipe all things bro, by all things I meant EVERYTHING (system, data, cache, dalvik bla bla) because this is NOT an update over our AOKP M6 so just use titanium then...after that, u can reflash and flash gapps (ics-20120429) if u want
If this not works for u either, then idk why cause I have everything working fine for me (no bugs found except CM9 bugs)

Do you think you can change the CircleMOD battery so its blue all the time? It would look a lot cooler that way instead of it being mostly green and a little blue like it is know

Delightful... figured it out. The CM9 Aries preview (8/19) breaks rooting. Full wipe fixes it, wasn't actually a AOKPCB problem. Additionally, it makes Aroma think that it's still a Froyo rom, not even Gingerbread. Again, not an AOKPCB problem, but I mentioned it here.
Anyways, full wipe of everything (except SD card) made this flashable with working Superuser. Thanks! Looks interesting.
A different issue that I noticed with AOKPCB is that the SD Card is repeatedly referred to as "USB Storage" which can make things a bit confusing when you aren't connected to your computer. Just a bad localization string, I'm guessing. The spot I notice this the most is in Manage Applications... the USB Storage tab.
Okay, semi-n00b question. Since this is a 'based on AOKP' ROM, should I look in one of those threads for "what works/what doesn't" stuff?
Already I'm wondering about
* GPS
* Tethering
* Wi-fi calling
(I travel a lot so these are all important to me.)
Should I keep looking at this ROM or move on? (Sure is good looking!)
Thanks.

Any plans on themeing the sms and people apps and icons? Right now I am manually changing all my dock icons with metrostation pack, using Nova Launcher Prime, but a matching integrated icon theme would be much nicer. I am also using a modded sms app with inverted colors, but it just kinda matches, obviously. Thanks in advance.

This is the Icon pack I am using now. But it is not optimal for Nova since it doesn't theme the drawer icons and each shortcut has to be assigned manually. Nova seems to have better support for ADW themes, so I was hoping more for a PCB themed ADW theme. I was thinking the Metro theme would look awesome if the inside of the circles had a blue PCB background like in this icon pack for TSF Shell, but the cricle and the icons remained white.
I attached the modified MMS.apk I am using and the stock Contacts.apk.
Also I just noticed that the Navigation app keeps disappearing from my system. I reinstalled Maps several times, cleared caches, etc, but it seems to stop working right after the first time launching it. I did a full wipe, even formatted my SD card before installing this ROM and never had that hapen before, it's almost as if the app was corrupting, but I did not move it to my SD card. :/
Edit: Actually it would be even cooler if the icons could match the lockscreen icon.
Thanks again, it's greatly appreciated.

Links are fine. Your system is the problem. Try a different browser and if it works, clean the malware off your system. Or reformat.
Maybe reformat just for fun. That's a good general troubleshooting step.
