so i want to get everything become original
my problem is i am not sure which firmware,kernel,rom i should use

stock rom can be flash by cwm ? or install from odin ?

i rooted my phone using odin to xxkpd 2.3.4 version and i want to unroot it back to official froyo!! anyone plz help me! and i have the least knowledge regarding flashing and rooting! so i would b thankful if u post the answer clearly so that a person like me can clearly understand it!!

You need to flash the stock rom using odin as you did while unrooting the phone.
If you need the stock rom then just give a try in google and you will definitely got lots of places where you can find the stock rom.

I Need a big favor from anyone who can help.
I was not aware of the Root or flash things but wanted to do something new to my device.
So jus saw a video to flash Galaxy Note without using PC.
I Used :
-CWM.zip
-CWM-superSU-V0.87.zip
-Franco-Kernel-r5.zip
-Franco-kernel-r6.zip
And JelleyBeen_eybee1970.zip to add custom rom. I was not happy with the Performance of the custom ROM.... So Decided
to roll back to my older fe=irmware ehich was 4.0.4 .
But Accidently i didn't took the back up now i am not able to restore my old firmware.
CAN ANY ONE HELP GET MY OLD 4.0.4 FIRMWARE BACK

Given how long this device has been around, there are plenty of guides on how to achieve what you want - you just need to search and read.
As a hit though, the Stock ICS ROM was cr4p - it was only really released for developers to modify and build from. If you want ICS then use one of the many custom ROMs on here, but please don't ask which one; read the threads, decide what features you want and then try some of them.

Hi guys, I am really desperate, I did bunch of stupid things with my xperia j (propably flashing wrong firmware or kernel, i dont even know what i did)
and now i just wanna revert to stock firmware and rom.
And here is the thing i dont no how exactly, I downloaded propably right firmware but dont know where to get stock rom, so please can anybody help? point me to some thread or something?

soo I want to install a ROM on my Xperia Miro 4.1.2 version jelly bean I saw on forums and the guy who posted it screenshots were in different language soo I am curious will I have same language as he does when I install ROM ?

Sure its possible, if you need assistance you should always post full information:
Phone (modelnumber)
Bootloader/Firmware (is it unlocked)
Which recovery do you use?
Did a full wipe before flashing?
Which version of the Rom you want to install?
Which tools do you use?
Then its much mofre easier to figure out, what causes a problem.
Decompile your stock Framework-res.apk & Framework-res.apk from custom rom.
Move values-(your language) from stock to custom..
Ex:
Indonesian languange
/res/values-in
Russian
/res/values-ru
Search your languange..and move to custom rom framework-res.apk, then recompile
