Hi guys,
I'm looking for your input on two topics (and preferably if you can limit your answers to UK available products):
1. I'm looking for a screen protector that fits on the curved Sensation screen without leaving the edges flapping around unglued. If you have suggestions, please include images.
2. I'm also looking for an overall skin for the Sensation, like this skinomi but as I said available in the UK.

yeah the flappy issue is a big oversight when they cut the screen protector

Exactly why I opened a thread with "in UK" title. By the way if I wanted to order from the states, I would have ordered the skinomi one, I have used them before and I know what I'm getting.
I guess I might have to use them again if there is nothing available in UK.

I guess you have tried Mobilefun? they stock Zagg which I know isnt everyones cuppa but still, UK postage.

My wife has the sensation so I'm looking for a well cut Screen protector, but as you say there is the curve issue, I dont think she'll want to go for the rubbery feel of a the zagg type, so If you find something better give me a shout!

Hi nicky,
The states is no problem, I just ordered skinomi for my sensation. The question was to find out whether there was something available in the UK.
Osrix: I had a look at mobilefun and could not find a product from Zagg for the sensation? Anyway, nothing else caught my eye...

I couldn't find anything from the UK apart from Zagg.

They list it as Invisible sheild, anyway, no problem. It is a PITA for decent stuff in the UK I usually end up getting stuff from Germany or the States

I know, one of my biggest issues is that when I order from US, CH, TW or whereever, it takes close to 2 weeks to arrive!!!!
If it was in the UK, I would have it in a couple of days!

hi, have you tried phantomskinz uk (http://www.phantomskinz.co.uk/ultra-clear.html)?
I bought full body ultraclear and very impressed with the quality of the product (it was delivered within 48h). I used Zagg in the past (which I was very happy with) but this has definitely better feel (glass like) and also the surface is much smoother.

Hi man,
if you havent found anything yet, ive just ordered from phantomskinz the chromatics carbon with 2 screen protectors for $25 (15£) posted first class to the UK!
Just had to enter fall30, for 30% of as well! Will let you know how i get on with it!

Does HTC offer repair for diamond bought 2nd hand? Because my bro bought a diamond on ebay, was in mint condition however he thought a plastic was on the keypad and he tried to pull "what he thought was protective plastic" and now his keypad has a swatch problem and the left top side of his keypad is umm uplifted >.>

If it's not major I'd suggest polishing it out with a polish like displex or automotive t-cut?
+1 for the polishing, I did mine with some metal cleaner on a cotton bud, worked a treat.

i've a problem too with lens in the back cover... It's dirty inside and photos are orribile i would like to replace back cover but i didn't find it..

Here you can find a how-to for replacing the lense with a Sapphire one:

original lense should have these measures:
9,46mm & 0,51mm
BUT:
The TyTn II got a squarish lense, the Desire a round one. So no way to use this here

Ordered end of August, I'm wondering if there is a risk that the flaw related to the coating will be present. I think that I heard that HTC has corrected it?

This isn't Q&A. This is for general discussion only. The coating comes off real easy, HTC never fixed it.

Haha, don't be sorry . I was just telling you so other members don't get mad at you. The HOS is a great phone I don't think they even make the black model anymore. (also, so people don't get mad search the forums. If you can't find it then ask XDA.)
EDIT: They still make the black one, still not fixed though. Recommend you get a sick skin with a screen protector.

i know the shell case is nice (i used it on my previous HTC Sensation). but, those ultimate protection which covers everything in the case is nice (defender in my previous HTC Desire HD) and i know that Ballistic makes a better case than otterbox.
Therefore, GUYS~!! Please sign this petition so that we can really get a HARDCORE case for the NEXUS 4~!!!!

that's the SG case. it's not the HardCore case.

This arrived today, the 1st part of the Xperia Z waiting game........
£2.90 from Ebay (UK), with screen protector, hard case, slightly rubberized, but not too much to be "sticky" when sliding into pocket. Very thin, will add very little bulk/weight to phone, and will stop the back getting scratched from laying around. Prefer this option to a protector on the back as well. All the cutouts are well cut, and appear to be in the right places. Back, side, and maybe a little corner protection, clips on. Sorry about the quality of pics.:laugh:

With this case fitted will the phone still fit in the DK26 charging dock or will it make the phone too big to fit.
I don't know yet to be honest, i would be inclined to say no, it is very thin, but i'm not holding my breath that it will.

I've decided against the XZ, i have been deliberating for the last few days about it, and was awaiting the "event" yesterday, and decided to stick with HTC, my last 2 devices have been the Desire and One X, and i like them, so plumped on the One as my next device.
