i have upgraded my android version from 2.1 to 2.2 using motorola update software.
now i want to root my phone.
can anyone tell me how can i do that and is it safe?
and i also want to install android 2.3 in my motorola milestone.

I just buy a new set of HUAWEI U8500... What I need to ensure that i can upgrade it from android stock that is froyo version to gingerbread. I already try to root using z4root but it just fail. Nothing happen and my huawei does't rooted. help needed. Thanks
