Hi everyone,

maybe you can modify a music player app to work as a home screen
Ye probably could but was looking for something with all phone stuff removed and maybe just have wifi, market and music player.

Download DroID3Tagger it's amazing and a god's gift to clean up your music perfectly I haven't found any better app to clean up your music files for real instead of just using a different musicplayer.
Pimp my music for album art and lyrics

Looking for music player

Hey guys, I'm looking for music player that can sort songs by artist, but not like it's sorted in the default player, I want It to show all songs sorted by artist and not albums like it's in the default player.
And more importantly, I want the option to pause or change songs through the notification bar.

PowerAmp, the best so far...
DoubleTwist is my favourite music app, it's free too. There is a paid version which allows you to sync your music with your computer like iTunes and allows you to retrieve album art through the app.
Try jetaudio.pretty good interface
mort player is great
I like PlayerPro, but I'm currently using Apollo, which came with CM10
Power amp is best I've used

[APP] Omich Player - Alternative for Apollo and Play Music

Well, sorry if this is known to all, but it was worth sharing!
Omich Player is, well, just a player, but it is a blend of Google Play Music and our CM's Apollo Player.
Play Store Link: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.omichsoft.player&feature=search_result
Confirmed compatibility with equalizers like Awesome Beats. Since Beats is just a modification of DSP, that should also work, and so should SRS.
and its very light ... 300 KB
Sounds good

Because it's an Apollo/Play Music fork?
Idk if the devs are still active, but the ONLY thing preventing me from using Omich is the fact that the Artist list doesn't display artist albums, instead showing "No data found." The Albums tab still works, as does the songs list when you select an Artist. Any ideas?
Edit: Nevermind, it appears that Omich doesn't include an album an artist appears on, only albums that the artist is the Album Artist for.
