Huge ad in swedish free newspaper Metro today, O3D sell start on july 1 and includes 7 games in 3d. Also says that 4 of them are on voucher. The ad shows asphalt 6 which is part of the 3 known games. No idea which the 4 new games are...

Just found another hint at more launch-games (than we knew before).
The Optimus 3D also allows for 3D gaming. Thanks to LG’s partnership with Gameloft, three games are preloaded on the device with the option to download an additional seven games via Wi-Fi for free (data charges will apply over 3G).

i can see spiderman 3D and assassin creed 3D in the store. and they aren't free.

this is why i like O3D more than the evo...
O3D has more and better 3D contents.
after all the waiting, hope LG will continue to push 3D contents on their phone.
what's the point of buying a 3D phone anyway if you don't have anything to do with it.

on the uk spec o3d you get pre installed nova, asphalt 6, lets golf 2 and gulliver's travels, then there is a app which takes you to a store which offers avatar 3d, real football 2011 3d, assassins creed altair's chronicles 3d, and spiderman total mayhem 3d for £0.99 each
Thats cheap! I have sold my Desire HD and have been ready for Galaxy S2.

nope... gameloft is the only one putting out 3d games for the evo 3d. I guess other devs don't think its profitable to develop for a couple devices (evo 3d/optimus 3d). hopefully that changes soon.
I don't believe the 3D games on it will use the 3D.
I read that the LG Thrill 4G (Optimus 3D) does support games and such in 3D but the EVO 3D does not.

Just for our information since I also wondered why some got 3 and some others got 7 for free.
My phone came pre-installed with Asphalt 6, Nova, Lets Golf 2 and Gullivers Travels in the 3D space. The phone is on T-Mobile from Carphone warehouse, though I haven't noticed any T-Mobile branding whatsoever, neither on the box or in the phone software, so it appears to be a stock LG phone with the stock LG ROM on it.

same here ! im in the netherlands and got my optimus 3d with t mobile and i have asphalt 6, nova, lets gof 2 and gullivers travels but if you go to the gameloft store the games there are only eur. 1,50 so i dont think thats to bad
When i go to the gameloft store these are the only games that are available in 3D :
- Spiderman 3D
- Fishing kings 3D
- Assassins Creed 3D
- Reall Football 3D
- Shrek kart 3D
- Avatar 3D

Yep. It seems that some australian operators have bundled more games with the O3D. Mine is from Vivacom (Bulgaria). The phone is totally unbranded with LG stock stuff only and has the abovementioned games.
Also note that all O3D users get Archercraft 3D from the LG World app store for free
At the end of the day you get at least 4 3D games with the phone. Maybe even more as I suspect that LG will push more content through LG World.
Yep us Australians get a sweet deal when we buy the o3d ,even though i bought my phone from the U.K i still got the following games for free:

I got mine from gummobile (UK) and got only these 4 games only too. :/
Anyone notice that now in the games app it says that there are 3 more games coming soon :

I found this forum in my search for the most reliable GSM 3D smartphone (after I bought a CDMA HTC Evo 3D from eBay by mistake!!), but not sure which one is the best. I made a research on Optimus 3D Max but not sure it is P720, P725 or some other models that has the best 3D capabilities and best smartphone specs.
Any suggestions?
Also, are the MPO files in HTC Evo 3D viewable in LG's 3D smarthphones or do LG ones only view JPS files?

3d or 3d Max are both fine. Max is obviously an upgrade but the cameras are not. Also the 3d on the Optimus is better than on the Evo.

Optimus 3D & 3D Max ofcourse will open MPO images. You can install 3Dsteroid and Tobidale3D for editing stereo images

Anyway in HTC Evo 3D, the 3D images are editable (built-in inside the phone), are you saying that the LG version cannot edit the 3D images if I don't download and install the software you suggested (3Dsteroid and Tobidale3D)?
In O3D & Omax3D images *.jps can be edit by stock 3D editor of SU870 ICS http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=33710343&postcount=7
But SU870 is Optimus 3D Cube instead of the model that I am looking for.
PhotoEditor3D works on all Optimus 3D with ICS.

I don't know the others, but i have an LG Optimus 3D Cube. It has 16GB storage (it's 8GB on LG's other 3D models) and NFC. But you should know that these phones are a little old and have low performance if you compare with recent phones.
Is yours a CDMA version, or does it have SIMcard slot?

So is it possible to have the 2D to 3D Converter in every Optimus 3D models?
As the title says... Beyond the 3 that shipped with the phone (Asphalt 6, Nova and Let's Golf 3), are there any other games optimised for the stereoscopic 3D feature of the Optimus 3D phone?
I know a 3D converter feature exists, but it doesn't always work right.
I had a look at the HTC Evo 3D list, looks nice for such a short-lived feature, but since the LG Optimus 3D uses a proprietary stereoscopic 3D API, I don't know how many of these are compatible.
PS: Yes, I know I am late in this. I just bought the phone second-hand for a rock-bottom price.
