In an Effort to clean up XDA and Return to its glory days there will be some changes made.
1. You will notice that I have made Q&A threads for every rom. (If I forgot your rom please PM me and I will fix it) This is where all questions should be posted.
This will allow new XDA members to post questions and get answers without spamming the threads to get the 10 posts.
2. The ROM threads will be locked threads that the developers can open to add updates of the rom. This will keep the Dev section clean and tidy.
I ask that all RD link their respected Q&A threads into their Roms thread.
Also All GPL is to be followed. If you are using a kernel that is posted on XDA please link to the thread that contains a link to the source code for the kernel. If the kernel is not on XDA please Post a link to the source code in your roms thread.
This is a heads up to all. That this will be coming full turn soon so please make your needed changes.

so plzz tell wad are all pre requireties to make a custom rom and and wad all is needed to do plzz help me i jst want to contribute by making custom rom....
