Easy. If you don't have Root Explorer, download it from the market. So usefull. If you need the APK lmk, i'll email it to you.
From RootExplorer:
Mount to r/w and copy the bootanimation.zip to /system/media and make sure to replace the one you have in there.
Just did it on mine..its ok actually.

Sense 3.0 Inverted Mms and lock-ring mod

I came up with a mms inverted mod cause the other one's out there where well, not my fancy. also I was experimenting with m10 files and came up with a lock ring mod. hope you enjoy.

Should work on any 3.0 rom that is running 3.0 mms and sense 3.0 lock-screen.

Yep, Just flash it. but I'd wait if I where you. I had an Issue witha .9png I've fixed it though. currently uploading the new zip file.

It appears you dont read well. NOWHERE does it say it's ICS. So to confirm I flashed, it is INDEED... 2.3.7

miui ics is only for Nexus S.
our phone is still on 2.3.7

Ok, long story short I borked my shift. I need to re flash is but I've got a new sdcard with no Gapps. I use the Crash cyan nexus + roboto package off of rom manager. Can someone post me a mirror to that? I can't dl from rom manager. I can grab the rom directly from the cm website.
