If we did a one click root, if LG or T-Mobile does a software update will we be able to accept the update?

I returned to stock but still got s off . How can I get in clockwork recovery?

You have two options. Rerun the hack kit or update through settings, then run the steps I listed in the long update thread to root it then install ROM manager and flash recovery.
