mmmmmm i dont think so... when a disclaimer is displayed on a thread it does not give the right for someone to just ignore such disclaimer and just use as please... this kind of attitude i dont tolerate.. and further is not tolerated on XDA and is against the XDA Rules which are clear stated in each Forum of XDA.
I dont mind the OP carrying on with his version as he was polite enough was his response, but of course he should have asked for permission which is clearly stated in the OP of my thread. But its ok.
.............But what you clearly stated in your post infuriates me.
Its no ones right to just copy someones work without persmission - stated in XDA Rules

This attitude causes problems in the XDA Community.
I have given my opinion with respect to other person trying to port this theme to our device not against your disclaimer. I am not aware if you have not permitted to port your theme. You need not be infuriated at my statement, as the discussion was in relation to deletion of this thread as other person already declared that he is trying to port this. You have all the rights to request deletion of this thread if it has violated your rules as you are the original creator of the theme. However the op has already given you the credit for your work and he is not claiming it as his own creation.

OK my apologies if i came across pretty rough. its just that i like to try and help keep xda a clean respectful site for everyone. i think we all know how things can go pear shaped on XDA in a blink of an eye...
Its ok as said already he can port BAT as he was polite in his response etc.
Im not sure how two Black Android Ports to the i9003 will work, but im sure one of the porters will make slight adjustments to differentiate themselves from each other.

He choose to get his post closed due to issues with certain things and out of RESPECT!!!!!! to Cy this post should not have been open and it needs to be closed. Its not that hard to go to his forum and find CM5 Test 5.

It's stupid because people keep complaining. Let the mods do their job, all you wannabe mods are doing is causing these threads to get locked in the first place. I don't really want to post this because this is clearly adding to the spam and I feel no better than the rest of this, but I wish people would get the point that posting 'WTF U DOING' 'CLOSE THIS!11!1!!!' is simply adding to the problem. If you disagree with the thread, DON'T POST. The mods can close it, Cyan can come along and say he wants it closed also. I don't see how this affects ANYONE other than Cyan and the moderators of this forum in terms of violation of rules and/or honour.
On a more relevant topic, thank you for posting this, I for one am glad you brought it to our attention as I like to find out all relevant up to date information on this forum. It's a shame a few selfish people have to ruin it for the rest of us.
Fox, if you want to maintain this thread for cyanogen and help out the noobs that need help for him, then I completely agree with this thread. It's so annoying that I have to check CM forums for news and updates on this awesome rom, so having a link on XDA is more convenient. Cyanogen closed the thread so that he wouldn't have to deal with assholes cursing him out in twitter, and he will reopen it once its at a stable stage. But just begging him to come back won't work lol=p He is a legend and won't give up on us just yet.

First and foremost let me thank all our users for using our Romz and providing us with a valuable and constructive feedback :good:
We customize and develop roms as a hobby its not our job or occupation and we do have normal lives and either jobs or in education, which pays our bills so our first obligation is to our real lives and I sure do hope that every one understands this.
Every DEV customize rom in their own way hence there are quite a few variations of the same base, we neither imply or consider that anyone else's work is inferior or superior to our work.
It's user's own choice which modifications in a rom they are happy with and which rom serves their purposes, we will never force anyone to use our rom or ask anyone to go else where if they are not happy.
It is consider RUDE to compare or ask which rom is better in any development thread so PLEASE do not ask or entertain these questions in not just our's but anyone else's thread, It is always a good practice to download any rom try it for yourself and see if you like it or not.

you already have inside it, and by the way every theme daemon use is fine with xcode, just be sure not overwrite widgets or you'll lose transparency
i m also looking for blue framework with blue icons by memnoc.

op is almost done, but now I'm too tired and it's too late here, so we have a rom (LOL) mirrors, themes, and a multi-installer..I'll give you more and more info tomorrow (few hours lol) meanwhile have fun:fingers-crossed:

correct:good: but bluemaniacs contains a lot of widgets, they are not transparent, so if you flash it you'll lose some transparent widget..you can just delete from the zip theme the apk you don't wan t and flash all the rest, or just flash it all but now you know waht will be the effect
Downloaded and flashed, it look great with initial kernel which is bricked. But it is absolutely flying after i changed to Pacha's latest kernel. Great work. There is 1 error i get everytime i restart my phone and it said lockcreen wallpaper is not working. And also i can't find the cool lockscreen selections which you posted at OP. Thanks
Can you tell me what firmware you are using for your rom, i installed aroma installer and the flashed version 1.0 .xcode, however the X for no service pop up and when I swipe the lock ring the HTC white screen stay on couldn't go any further. I am on firmware 3.32.401.105 Tmobile. also I would love to have your step by step installation procedure like Damen version ust to make sure everything is done right. I formatted everythind except SD card and did wipe all data as in Damen Roms.

Aniket if the rom was carried by you or he's not my problem.
What must be recognized is that Myaservip'll post your first though you're doing. Be plagiarism or not, you must respect the post of forum members and do not press the moderators.

Ok before this gets out of hand
Looking through the thread it seems @aniket.lamba created a port of this rom and asked @myaservip for help in fixing a particular bug
If that is the case than @myaservip should not have posted the rom as he did not have permission to post it - He was just asked if he minded fixing a particular bug in the rom
Therefore the permission to port and post the rom remains with @aniket.lamba if granted by the orig owner of the rom to port it and he should credit @myaservip for any work done which he has in his thread
Any dispute should be made via the pm system and if no resolution is found you should ask a mod for adjudication
