NEW FEATURES ADDED IN 1.8.12
Volume rocker track change mod for lockscreen.
New handle_cron script for enabling/disabling different cron options.
New handle_logcat script for enabling/disabling logcat (off by default)
Included in the update is a new script, "flash_recovery" which will auto-flash any recovery you choose.
(Including the new ClockworkMod Recovery 4 created by koush and built for Droid by birdman)

IMPORTANT INFO!
If you are coming from any MIUI release that I did not make, or any release that I made below 1.7.29, you will need to do a FULL WIPE.
If you are currently on my 1.7.29 release or higher, you can flash with just a /cache wipe
(the rom wipes /dalvik-cache for you)
So, in summary, FULL WIPE if you are not already on my 1.7.29 release or higher.

I have moved many of the apps into folders organized by categories. There is a folder with the label "--------". That is for your trash, apps you don't want cluttering the screen etc. But obviously change things as you see fit.

* LG Keyboard will FC if you enable vibration
* If you need to Dial *228, you must instead Dial *228+ (hold 0 for + sign)
* MMS Video does not work properly. (This is an issue with the ROM from china, not the port.)
* The camera can be heard initializing at boot. (This seems to be caused by Google Talk, but is harmless.)
* Facebook only syncs all contacts.
* Yahoo mail accounts do not work with the stock Email app.

Tips:

how to use:-
1. download both the scripts to sdcard
2. open up script manager
3. go to the directory where you have saved the scripts
4. tap on lag-free enabler.sh, a dialog box will appear
5. on that box tap on fav and su icon then tap on run
6. wait for 10 seconds then tap on close and do what you want to

if you don't want to disable a particular app just open the script with any text editor, remove the command of the app you want to keep enabled and it must be done in both scripts. name of every app is given before its command

if a stock app you want to disable is not in the script then write its name in a reply I will try to add it in the script
I have written the script again from scratch (starting from v4) this time no more "no such file or directory" error, script will check if the app is available then move it if the app is not installed it will tell you about that

yes it will work but not all apps will be disabled as every device every rom have different apps

there was a bug in the previous v2.2 script it has now been fixed the 2 person who have downloaded it please download it again

I want test this script on my galaxy Y

uh... so it moves system apps, such as gmail, to a different folder.

So, no functional gmail app while the script is in effect, correct?
Same goes for the browser, bluetooth, calendar, camera, music, system settings, talk and market.
Shouldn't it be called System App Disabler or something to that effect?
Just so that people will know that they're device will be kinda... disabled
You also forget to mount system as read only afterwards.

you got it correct this script is just that naming depends on me and I have clearly stated that this script will disable almost all of your stock apps
and I didn't forget to unmount /system that was my choice to not unmount it because there is no point in unmounting

doh... long day... I totally missed that lol.
Anyway, have you considered using the "pm disable" command?
That even sticks after reboot.

pm disable command do not work in ics I also tried to search for its alternative but didn't find anything so I used this method

What is SmallDroid?:
SmallDroid is a great ROM based on CM7 for the LG Ally. Its main goal is stability, but also bringing users some extra space along with awesome performance.

Camera works fine, no autofocus/flash
Bugs :
Music app starts when headphones are plug in - mostly after devices has fallen asleep, music will play.
Keyboard is tiny (3rd party keyboards don't stay after reboot)
Removing Provision.apk breaks HOME button
How to flash SmallDroid :
Download and copy the latest ROM zip to SD Card
Reboot into Recovery Mode
Select Wipe data and cache
Select install zip from sd card
Select choose zip from sd card
Select the new ROM zip
Select Yes - Install update
Wait until the Installation is finish
Flash gapps (optional)
Select reboot system now

Fix Blackscreen when phone is sleeping
------------------------------------------------------------------------
On 1st boot you must make sure that cyanogenmod > settings > display settings:
screen on and off animations are unchecked. Failure to do so will result in device waking up to a black screen.
Enable Data Connection
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
Under wireless & network settings/mobile networks International Data Roaming must be checked. You will not roam on other carriers and incur any extra charges (roam is done via prl on cdma not a checkbox). This setting is required on cdma phones for cyanogen. Failure to do this will result in no data connection.

just flashed a few minutes ago, it seems to run as smooth as gingerbread gets! boot animation for me was a little laggy, maybe our old ally cant handle it lol, i tested most of the apps it does not have a sim tray so i cant activate it for testing messaging/calls/other network related stuff but im sure they work fine, didnt get any crashes the wifi works fine this overall is a great rom!

Updated to v2.0!! Im very happy with this one - really great increase in overall performance and networking! Best version yet Put a great amount of work into this one. It took me 3 days and its actually a daily driver now Enjoy!

Red Wolf Recovery is custom recovery based on TWRP source code however some things are working here slightly different then you might expected. The main objective of this project is to provide stable recovery with features which you have never seen before in a recovery and which have not been accepted for adding to the official source code of TWRP. This recovery is also first recovery on the world with password protection.​

- If screen is turned off then automatically detect AROMA Installer package and unblank screen before starting the update binary which is going to call AROMA GUI, so we won't be stuck at the black screen since AROMA engine require screen to be turned on.
- Added ability to change OTA Survival driver properties from the recovery GUI, allowing recovery to support "out of the box" almost all incremental OTA updates from different OEMs/custom ROMs out there (as long as they have correctly formatted metadata).

Warning:
Please remember that recovery with password protection isn't still a full protection for your phone. Red Wolf can only prevent unauthorized access to your device from recovery. But your device can be still reinstalled using fastboot or Miflash.
